It's part of a CIA/NATO scheme that goes back to right after WWII when they recruited a bunch of Nazi collaborators from the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists and used them as assets. That's why there's a strange amount of Ukrainians in the establishment and people like Peter Daszak get to play mad scientist, because so many of them have great glowie credentials. The "revolution" in Ukraine in 2014 was a well-executed coup by this faction of the establishment. No doubt these Ukrainians play a role in stoking up the establishment's anti-Russian sentiment we keep seeing 30+ years after the Cold War ended, and probably help sell their country to people like Hunter Biden.
