I love it when private sector people come across this kind of thing, because this level of fuckery is practically normal in the public sector, and no one working in state or local government, or in education, doesn't know about it. I made a related comment in the Jordan Peterson thread about the swiss cheese situation of financial holes in North American universities and how that system is going to collapse at any moment. And I've made a comment on this thread that I believe this was allowed to happen as part of what people now call the great reset, and a controlled demolition was planned to take place during a Clinton presidency, leading to the total destruction of systems of local control and their replacement with centralized structures.

The Monroe Doctrine still is a thing with the last US president's State Department using it and citing it in its sanctions on Venezuela. The current administration hasn't lifted said sanctions. It's still a thing.
China having a better spy ring + playing the economic investment game better than the US doesn't change that. They own 60%+ of the world's precious metals sources iirc. Africa will be speaking Mandarin by 2040 without a doubt.
