I do not disagree, apart from Europe being a competitive marketplace! In a competitive marketplace, such people don't last if they can't do the job. They only stick around if they have some other pull like nepotism, which, as I mentioned before, doesn't really count as a job.
And private tuition and coaching count for nothing if the student lacks the brains or drive to take advantage of them. Bella lacks those brains.
Ah, so not a competitive marketplace, then.
There is a huge amount of competition, but there is a deeper more ingrained institutional culture of people remaining part of a particular class, whether they deserve it on merit or not.
The large international bank worked at with said upper management coming from a certain section of society, well many of them had meetings about having meetings and not much else.
It was interesting how a certain grade in the management was just there for signatures.
100% Nepotism and old boys networking, but this actually seemed to be a requirement for the institutions to succeed overall. After all, the guys who went to the right school and had family ties to politicians are also the ones who can secure bailouts and governmental assistance when things got tough.
I have known total dumb fucks to be amazingly good at a particular role, but seemingly impossibly stupid at other things. Especially if they were coached.
Mostly where this comes into its own here is the private tuition, coaching, and specific schooling at the fee-paying schools to pass the Oxbridge exams. While the Oxbridge standards are high, they also expect applicants to pass exams they set, outside the normal state school exams which everyone takes.
Many of the lesser-brained posh fellows retain their tutor through their schooling to get them into the field they fancy. Whether this is as blatant as tutors just writing the essays for them and letting them put their names on them, or whether they get some in-depth coaching and just are good at retaining information, I could not say, but there certainly is a disparity between the level of intelligence and level of qualification held by many a posh or monied person here.
One case in point is that Durham university is seen as a school for the underperforming Toffs but the super smart commons.
Rambling explanation aside, am I wrong in assuming something similar exists in the US?
The risk is more than just other employees suing you. Customers might sue you. Bella herself would probably sue. And then there are all the regulations with their associated fines and fees she could fuck up, but you'd have to pay. And all that's assuming she'd actually do the job you hired her for (not a wise assumption).
Bella's the sort of potential employee who usually ends up costing her employer, one way or another. She's not worth the risk of employing her.
I see what you are saying. As I say, I believe it is less of a problem about getting sued here unless someone ended up dead or there was some serious financial impact.
If she massively fucked up in a role here, she would be sacked. But as I say, I can't see a lot of employers being too concerned about her history in the same way if she is not dealing with the public or people outside an organization.
(If she was really really good at her job or had got there because of nepotism, then bad treatment of co workers would probably be tolerated unless the police got involved. But as you say, her being good is a moot point.)
Unless the model has some brains, those gigs are not as lucrative as you might think, and they don't last long. There's too much competition for her, and those careers only last for a few years, tops, and it's a long fucking time between 30 and 80.
I don't see OnlyWeens becoming a thing any time in the near future.
Its possible to make a "career" doing low rent cheap nasty porn, camming, and the good old handjobs, half and half, or full works out of a ropy squat or just walking the streets.
Most curb crawlers are trying to avoid getting pulled over by the law and not risking leaving a search history for their wives to find on their phones.
The ones who don't have a wife will probably not care.
OnlyWeens could already be a thing! You post here, you know the capacity for "wrong" that the internet contains!
