I've said I'm a fan of Exclusanic and her work but she has 10k+ subscribers on YouTube which makes her an activist, which allows her to be critiqued for her discourse just as she critiques troons. Dressing like a third tier drag queen is not endearing - its visually unappealing to most "normies" on Tiktok compared to an average clean cut blonde woman in scrubs with an accent. If you cannot see that you might be as deluded as the troons in the sideshow thread.

And again for those who struggle with reading comprehension - my -suggestion- is in line with the fact almost all TERF types have their content removed for hate speech or bullying or some other -stupid- censorship. In order for her to maintain her channel and monetization as she has, she will need to consider the WHAT IF of "What if a troon gets my channel deleted? What if I'm presented with a frivolous law suit? Do I have the funds or time to fight said law suit? I don't personally agree that someone vocally criticizing someone/something makes them an activist... But even if I were to call her one, there are different ways to be an "activist".

Some people will choose to call people out and stick with the scientific facts, some people will try the nice and sympathetic route, and then others will just point and laugh at the absurd claims. None of these methods are necessarily better than the other, it depends on what group of people you're trying to appeal to.

Exulansic's method of calling out troonism is good for the average person that has surface level knowledge of troons. If you read the comment section (especially when she first started to get popular), lots of commenters had zero knowledge of this stuff and were appalled. You'll also note in her earlier videos that some people were still making excuses for troons or saying "Not all troons!" yet they're still watching her videos. This is good; we don't need to appeal to people who already know the TRA movement is a sham, we want to get the fence sitters and pro-TRA supporters.

She did not just innocently stumble into the anti-trans sphere, she came in with full knowledge of what she was doing and an agenda to help her accomplish what she wants to do because she'd finally gotten to the point that she's sick of the troon shit. She has multiple tiktok accounts, youtube accounts, accounts on other platforms to make an effort to back up her content as she's fully aware of the fact that youtube or other places could choose to come for her. All while she's also put out her name an background so it's entirely possible to find her and she has no problems with being found.

It's arguably what makes her dangerous because her way of speaking is so digestible and as can be evidenced by her growth, appealing to people. Heck, I think she's also fully aware that her older age and general plainness is beneficial to her because people who will disregard the young, pretty, conventionally attractive terfs or the media malingered posie parker types in the anti-troon sphere will see this matronly figure as harder to ignore especially when she talks sense. She's educated. She's articulate. She has a career outside of activism. She clearly loves her cats. She presents science in easy to digest bits. She does not get overly emotionally. She's fully aware she's got a lot going for her that other less accomplished or younger anti-troon speakers do and she is using that to help her activism. She's relatable.

The wig thing just needs to stop because it's cringe. She obviously started on tiktok and probably was trying to go for a gimmick but it's not as funny as she thinks it is. Even when she does vaguely use it and the whole dander identity thing as a mockery of troonisms sometimes.

I think the CAIS thing is a misstep but it's also unenforceable, existing in the realm of theoretical. It's her personal version of the feminist, all men must die nonsense. When you see a troon you just know and as this thread has shown very few of them truly pass. They also tend to make everything about their troon-ness. A man with CAIS could walk into a woman's space and you'd never know because in their case short of an actual chromosome test, they've been raised and treated as a woman from birth and behaviorally and socially are female passing as well as physically being female looking. They aren't Tims who're obvious males squeezed into miniskirts and 40 lbs of makeup that trigger a woman's flight or fight response forcing their way into female spaces. Are they technically men? I mean yea on a biological technicality they are men but it reaches the point of semantics and dehumanizes people who have done nothing to contribute to the rise of troonism to keep bringing it up. Some situations require nuance, this is one of them.

They will have functioning but shallow vaginas (as far as I'm aware). They will develop breasts and they will never grow beards or penises. You'd have to be looking straight at their naughty bits (or trying to have sex) to tell the difference from a normal woman.

Sad condition, but Exulansic seems to have chosen that hill to die on. Basically she says that because these people have testes that's it, from the second that this condition is discovered they're now male and have to use men's facilities. She'll make the effort to call these people he despite them looking like normal women and doesn't seem to care that she'd be sending these literally up-until-yesterday teenage girls into the men's room. My bias is clear but the facts should be accurate. If you prefer you can read it as them having testes where a normal woman's ovaries are, but that's not worth typing each time.

I don't think so. I googled him and it seems like he started testosterone. That literally would do nothing in someone with cais. People with cais have at least somewhat normal levels of testosterone for a man but nothing in their body has a way to respond to it. Instead it eventually gets turned into estrogen. (These cais xy people couldn't use HRT even if they tried.) Edit or maybe he just naturally grew a beard? Idk but either way having real facial hair or pubic hair means you don't have cais.

Now the c in cais does stand for complete so it's possible that he had pais partial androgen insensitivity syndrome, but I don't know.

I also tend to not believe anyone who says that they have both sets unless one is a man made monstrosity. When a fetus is forming it has some structures that turn into its genetalia. But the same base is used for two different outcomes. So for a person to have both sets it's going to be as rare as having two penises. Somehow they have two of the same body part and each of them got told different directions. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's rare. Being a scientist doesn't make you the expert on things outside your field - there is some overlap in related scientific fields and due to the scientific method, sure, but an expert on ancient China will never know as much about ancient Rome as an expert on ancient Rome. It's not unfair to point that out.

Interestingly (to me) one of my favorite novels is about an AFAB intersex (supposedly 5αR2D, but CAIS fits just as well) protagonist who finds out in her teens that she's XY, not XX as she was raised; a genetically mutated product of her parents (her father, whose parents are secretly siblings and her mother, a cousin of the protagonists' parents). It is beautifully written and can easily explain the developmental/emotionally reality of CAIS. Honestly, this was a really bad take by her. Seeing her in the comments section as well where she accuses everyone who questions her as trans or hates women regardless of the argument they make. Almost no one is fighting her on the general trans issue - there's no mass influx of redditors leaving hate comments. So here's a thought- this woman once had full belief in trans ideology for at least four years. I don't believe at all that she is "secretly still trans" but that her personality remains to be the type which is on average seen amongst the trans population. In some ways, maybe she's so good at communicating this ideology not just because of her "experience" but that it's a level of projection of her own beliefs in the world, whether that be as an atheist, a troon or a radical feminist. It is all a very rigid belief structure and to think anything else just plain makes you wrong.

And I am essentially what could be defined as an atheist, I don't agree with the trans movement and sometimes I borderline as a radical feminist. So I don't even hate anything she is actually saying, nor am I the least bit offended by it. She's saying; if you are biologically male which people with CAIS are, you should not be in women's spaces or using women's resources. Once you find out you are male you should use male facilities and resources from that point onward. XY is male, no exceptions.
