No offense, but since when does having a lot of subscribers = activist? Does that mean popular drama channels are activists too?I appreciate that you cannot tell my gender from my posts.
I've said I'm a fan of Exclusanic and her work but she has 10k+ subscribers on YouTube which makes her an activist, which allows her to be critiqued for her discourse just as she critiques troons. Dressing like a third tier drag queen is not endearing - its visually unappealing to most "normies" on Tiktok compared to an average clean cut blonde woman in scrubs with an accent. If you cannot see that you might be as deluded as the troons in the sideshow thread.
Having a large following and asking for the content to be shared will be misconstrued and my suggestion would be a way to avoid it, given in Canada it's considered hate speech to misgender someone
My Thoughts Might Offend You is a great example of using costumes and not coming across looking insane. Probably because she's put together and actually puts an effort into her style and didn't just shake a wig out of the plastic bag and put it on her head.
And yeah her wigs and outfits look stupid, and she clearly has some lolcow traits. but I don't give af, I just want more people to bluntly call out troon behavior and condemn the body horror troon surgeries. She does this, and she does it in a way that's easy for normies understand; that's part of why she quickly became popular in the first place.
It's not up to her or anyone else to coddle troon's feelings, that's part of why we're in this mess to begin with. And again, no offense, but who gives a shit about Canada's stupid hate crime laws? If anything, more people need to stop being cowards and go against it, it's absolute bullshit that you can get in legal trouble for simply misgendering someone.
