There's the fetishists, but there's also people who need others to depend on them. These people are even more fucked up than the fetishists. Maybe they do it for what they think is love, maybe they do it because they get a kick out of holding the power of literally life or death over someone. Regardless of the motives behind it, they will actively work to keep their focus dependent on them, and will even deliberately undermine their pet's self confidence in order that the pet is completely incapable of both physically and mentally taking care of themselves. It's pretty fucked up. I've met the end product of this process. The keeper wasn't a feeder at least, but her pet was so used to being 'taken care of' that she was genuinely shocked and hurt and bewildered when other people refused to take care of her. There's nothing quite like being told that you're just as bad as someone's physically, emotionally, sexually and mentally abusive stepfather when you refuse to sleep with them.

Or, the one enabling the Slaton Sisters is just as stupid as they are but are slightly more motile, and is genuinely too fucking retarded to realise that she/he's slowly murdering them and the rest of his/her family. Take your pick.

Seriously though, your skin will keep growing as you become fatter, but there are basically points in your skin that will become "folding points", usually joints, so anywhere her body (use to) bend, it's all loafed over like that. There are probably a lot of other places that her skin is doing that aside from joints due to her whale status though.

Also is anyone friends with them on Facebook? I think their profiles are semi-public, but I wonder if they read shit like these forums and fatpeoplehate and post angry statuses about it that we can't see.

I hope not, because I'm sure this might hurt their feelings: do you ever think that at some point in their lives they both stepped onto one side of the trailer and the other end went into the air? Because I have to imagine at some point they might have gone through the floor or busted a wall or did something that may have made that trailer shake like it would fall apart. Aside from walking.

I really don't think they use toilets. Or bathe conventionally for that matter.
Maybe bed pans or something? But those two aren't sitting on a toilet if they could even make it to one in time.

How heavy are the sisters, exactly?
This guy broke toilets, and his max weight was 450.
This one was 417.
There's a toilet for people up to 1200 lb.
So in theory, the sisters could use the last one. But let's be serious...in a trailer? They probably use a hole in the corner.
