Note that the healthcare worker mandate was NOT upheld by the Supreme Court, they just said "we aren't intervening in this until the lower courts finish it up." The context supposedly appeared to be that the lawyers didn't bring their A game and if they do, or if the lower courts don't come to their senses and smack this down themselves, SCOTUS will.
