First off, most things with horribly abberated genitalia and related bodyparts easly qualify. Like shitting dicknipples size of an AA missle. Those, however, can get quite stale after some time.
I, for example, like pictures that horrify in other ways, preferably without going full lovecraftian vagina.

These are all still pretty tame, the gore/shock level is non-existant, and for showing ponies that have been amputated etc, it doesn't hit quite as hard as things like 'Fluffies'. Which I hate to even bring up, as forgetting they exist is a blessing.

Jesus Fucking Christ, I will never understand the appeal of the Scenecore/ ravecore furry craze, they all seem to think that throwing every fucking colour onto their fursona till it’s vomit inducingly bright and saturated makes for a good character design, like tone down the edge we get it. Furries have no fucking concept of balance or subtlety when it comes to color coordination of their fursona’s. All of it has to be bright, neon and as multicoloured as possible, the last example is particularly offensive.
