I don't believe I was on the new forum at the time, but I guess he showed up briefly. There's still debate as to whether it was him. But basically he said that pat had basically been a dick all through the divorce process, made threats and refused to agree on any kind of a shared custody. If anyone else remembers more details please fill those in

It's not. Court ordered judgements aren't discharged in bankruptcy. He can't DSP his way out of this, even if it could it would open him up to cross examination under oath from his creditors (ie Quasi) so he'd either be disclosing what he actually made from his books, admitting he drives a V6, admitting he has no equity in his half hovel, etc or going to jail for perjury.

I wonder who BIC's audience is composed of. Has to be some sort of right-wing mishmash going by the comments section. There seem to be quite a few of them given the more than usual amount of people on twitter tweeting 'wow you're fat' at pattyfats.

He was only around for a brief period and if it was really him (which I seem to recall was allegedly verified by Jon changing his twitter avatar as proof) and he seemed like a really good sport, but left pretty quickly when someone took the joshing around a little too far and made some unsavory comments about the abandoned child he heroically stepped in to raise as his own.

I seem to remember he also said Pat threatened to kill them, so Jon moved into Patrick's neighborhood and Patrick fled to another state like a bitch. He also confirmed that patrick is indeed fat.

I listened to that phone call between him and the Huffpost troll guy, and I was dying. Hilarious stuff. But I am concerned about Tomlinson's CONSTANT references to children, baby children, baby girls, little children, infant children, and little mouths shutting up. I just imagine this is how he actually talks to children. He is totally preoccupied with this idea of shutting down children, shutting them up, telling them "you're doing that thing again [talking] when you're not supposed to, why would you think you are allowed to do that with me?"

He sounds like a fucking pervert. I don't like him. He shouldn't speak to anyone like that, child or adult. I imagine he doesn't speak to actual grown men in person this way, otherwise he would be told to shut the fuck up and slapped. And if he talks to children this way it's no wonder he's not allowed to see his own.

That's a whole nother chapter in Fatrick's insanity.

So Fatrick claims to have never visited r/opieandanthony to onaforums and every iteration in between. He'll call the forum "flaccid" "impotent", etc like assigning erectile dysfunction to a website is a sick burn. In spite of never visiting onaforums, ever, he's always instantly aware of whatever public shenanigans they're up to.

How then, does a person who doesn't visit a website know so much about it? Simple, child. He seriously claims to have an army of fans so devoted to him, they volunteer to spend all day on onaforums and report back to him any developments. He does not pay this army a penny for their efforts, but they all understand that he is too important and busy to do it himself. He swears up and down this is the truth, never visited the forums even once.

Thennnnnn the lolsuit comes around, someone signs up for onaforums to post... the exact type of death threats that would help his lawsuit. HEY PATRICK I AM GOING TO SHOOT YOU THE NEXT TIME I SEE YOU IN MILWAUKEE, shit like that. Everyone's immediately suspicious as fuck that this new account is secretly Pat. He then files a legal document stating, under penalty of perjury, Patrick S. Tomlinson logged onto onaforums and personally viewed these death threats.

So of course - "You admitted in legal documents that you visited the forum!" "Wrong as always, child."
