Prediction: Julianna will not be able to attend Fat Camp because of her father's illness and/or death. Corissa will not see fit to cancel, reschedule, or turn over the event to another fat fuck, and will attend regardless.

A bunch of fatties with too much disposable income and bad financial decision making will sit around scrolling on their phones, binge eating, and posing with each other to create the illusion they are having fun being outdoorsy. We will see many pictures of them outside doing quirky poses, laughing, and showing off their bathing suits. But outside the pictures... it will mostly just be fat girls eating and sitting around on their phones doing nothing.

I think seeing how j is going to cope with the death of her Father will be incredibly interesting of course it will no doubt involve food but how will it affect her mental state ect these are what we have yet to find out.

I think J will handle it terribly and of course will have no real support, emotional or otherwise, from Coco. I can easily see her fragile mother breaking down and rapidly deteriorating after his death as well. I can't imagine her continuing to work the ho-hum job that she clearly hates and resents while festering in that ill-fitted madhouse if she's faced with crippling grief and actual trauma for once in her adult life.

Some people need intense grief to push them towards real change weather this will happen to J is anyones guess but at this point anything is possible assuming of course her dad is as fucked as we've been speculating.

PL but I knew someone whose dad passed from pancreatic cancer. Diagnosed and dead within summer break. All cancer has its own sort of horrors, but pancreatic cancer is particularly devastating in wasting the body (and how quickly and efficiently it does it). As much as I dislike JULIANA, I have to give her that this is gonna be a very hard time for her. Fuck Corissa for having this "fat camp" be a priority over her "partner's" wellbeing as her dad wastes away from one of the deadliest cancers in existence. If Juliana isn't fully bedbound yet, she'll be full blown naked and legs spread on a dirty mattress within a couple months of his passing if she gives even the slightest fuck about her dad. No therapists that'll try to help her curb her eating because that's fatphobic, you see.

You would think it might cause some kind of cognitive dissonance, no? I’m going to go on a vacation, a fun retreat; but I need some form of medical assistance…hmmm.
But nope. Just another day. All days and events should come supplied with physically fit medical personnel to provide care for those of us who are also HAES. Fuck. The mind twists that they have knot themselves into is mind-boggling.

Those cabins typically rent for 160/night, so $320 for the two nights of Fat Camp.
Corissa will cheap out on the food and make $5,000 to $7,000 for these fatties to use the pool and other facilities that come with cabin rental anyway. Add a Costco run, a stereo and super-obese chicks going "Woooo!", and that's a fatty party.
Other than this scam, I don't see how Corissa makes enough money to pay her mortgage and food bills.
We know she makes Julianna pay her own half of the expenses, but that still leaves thousands of dollars per month with the way they eat. Corissa's corporate endorsements are drying up fast. She can't have that many individuals giving her money.

It’s sketchy, a physical therapist seems like a more appropriate choice (though still a strange and sketch). It could vary place to place but I’ve never encountered a free range OT you can casually hire. Are they accepting the attendees as patients or are they there in case of an occupational therapy emergency?
OTs have a master’s degree and in some cases doctorates. I don’t see (a sane) one opening themselves up to liability like this.
OT assistants exists but they shouldn’t identify themselves as OTs because they’re not. They carry out treatments as prescribed by the OT. Unless things are different in Kansas, this sounds very weird.
