It seems the combination of hydrogen peroxide and vinegar within a container is typically discouraged. Since this is all going into a douche, it's safe to assume they would be mixed within the same container.

Probiotics are still being studied. Some studies suggest that taking certain oral probiotics can effect the microbiota over the whole body, not just the gut.

I did actually read a recent study where they tested oral probiotics on post op mtf to get their neovaginas to grow better bacteria. I found an older one that was referenced.

I'm sure shitty surgeons and other quacks are praising probiotics just like they praise homeopathic arnica. I'm sure the probiotics cure the dysphoria of not having a self-cleaning vagina

Probiotics (and diet generally) also does help with armpits.

Those poor fuckers who have that gross disease where you stink of dead fish no matter if you wash etc- the condition is very much exacerbated by dietary choices (interestingly fish is actually very bad for it).
