Chris has a significant problem with assault, and yeah, he has a history of assault and in some cases, sexual assault. He's never been guilty of any of that in a court of law, nor had any punishments except a finger wagging and maybe a ban.

Chris is a opportunist, if he has a way of getting what he wants without getting into trouble he will take it, the scenario I have always had in my mind is "He goes to a con and get's invited to a party room or alike because look we got Chris Chan!, there is a young girl passed out drunk and not being looked after so Chris at first cops a feel nothing happens, he does it again, etc until his nerve breaks or he get's caught"

Nothing hard and fast, at the moment it's all speculation - likely it's been asked for to burn out his time in jail to count towards his final sentance because they have no better place to put him is the legal kiwi consensus. There is also the idea floating around he's still under some form of diagnostic treatment to see just exactly what is going on and how to deal with him going forward.

Totally not surprised by the continuance. I am not in Chris's state nor have I ever committed a crime as heinous as his but every time I have done something stupid and had to go to court it has taken forever.

Go to court, lawyer and judge talk for like two minutes, maybe they ask you a question or you sign something, go home. Go back in two months and the same thing happens again. Go home. Go back in a month and something actually happens, they offer you a plea agreement, go home again. Come back in a month and tell them that you've accepted the plea agreement, go home again. Come back in a month or two for sentencing, finally over!

I encountered a Troon IRL with similar "conditions".

When it comes to Chris seriously FEELING the effects of his actions coming back to bite him in the ass, there are one of two things that would have occurred previously:

1. He'll invent some bullshit thing in the CWCverse where he portrays the thing that got the better of him in a laughably biased way and make it so he triumphs over them or they are otherwise humiliated. That's how we got Jerkops, Reverse Mary Lee Walsh, and Count Graduon which as the wiki puts it is literally the manifestation of Chris graduating from MHS as at the time it probably was what Chris would have called the single worst day of his life for several reasons (feeling humilated at not getting all the awards he didn't deserve, the end of his beloved school lifestyle where he believed everything was hunky-dory even though we've since learned nobody actually interacted with him because they liked him I.E. bribed Galpals). Adam Stackhouse is an exception because there he ended up defeating Chris without even knowlingly doing so and Chris simply posted a video of him shooting a photo of Stackhouse outright to show how 'angry' he was. However, the underlying motivation is the same - Chris indirectly getting revenge on the things he feels have wronged him but in a way that he completely controls lest ACTUAL consequences come of it.

2. Memory hole the shit out of it. Chris is probably the most minutely documented person on the internet. There are maybe two periods in his life that we do not have ANY documentation of what happened: the 'faculty recording his screams' incident at Greene County (simply because we just don't have the ability to find out what actually happened)...and the weekend Chris spent in lockup after the Gamestop Macing incident. Chris loves to make effigy victims so he can feel like he comes out on top of anything life actually brings him back down to reality with, the police obviously being no exception with Jerkops, but to date he has never spoken a word about what happened during his first stint behind bars.
