Let him take a few college classes at community College, maybe put him in a support group for depression and eating disorders. I am fairly sure they had some meetings with a nutritionists and in every episode Jazz moved for 5 seconds and then was promising everyone he'll start attending the gym 5 times a week. Doctors can't just cast a magic spell on him, he has to put in some work- but he's planning on doing that "in college/ tomorrow/ next week". Meaning- never.

This doesn't make sense. Why would you ask for donations just to give to other people? That seems like a lot of extra work... Why not just tell your followers to donate directly to some charity? If she's really doing this (lol) then it sounds like she wants to be able to donate and brag about herself doing the work when really she didn't do anything except hand over the money.
Further, if you're asking for donations so you can give it to others, then you have even less reason to give out your own money. Being generous doesn't mean making yourself broke. If you're donating so much that you can't afford to live, that doesn't make you look noble, it makes you look like an idiot. You're just being irresponsible with your finances. It's not "shaming" someone to point out that you should get your finances in order before even thinking about getting married.
All that being said, I don't believe her silly story. I never believe anyone who brags about donating, or makes wild claims about helping people "every single day". The people I know that actually care about helping others are humble and don't feel the need to let everyone know what a good person they are, because they aren't helping for validation. Any time I ever see anyone bragging about how helpful they are, a short time later it always comes out that they are total frauds.

Have they actually taken him to therapy though? Or do they just all galavent around Jazz calling him fat. Every other word that comes out of Jeanette or Sander is a put down. "You will never be able to go to college", "You will never be independent", etc. Then Sander will go off on how he is improving the lives of the LGBT through his tiktok account while Jeanette drinks some booze.
Jazz attended group therapy all season... He mentioned it several times. Probably one of Harvard's requirements. And, of course, there was the anorexic nutritionist as well as his two friends acting as personal trainers in the gym.

Why not indivual therapy? There is an actual confidentiality agreement so the patient is more likely to open up about themselves and the therapist can analyze them further. Jazz is such a special case, not many people have trooned out as a child on national television. It just sounds like the family wants him in a controlled environment. God forbid Jazz discusses physical trauma from his surgery, it might make Jeanette look bad.

Jazz has always been opposed to individual therapy. And is now an adult nearly 21 years old. I suspect he subconsciously knows what lies beneath and doesn't wish to probe too deeply lest he should have to deal with it.

Concur. I think Noah's "story" is bullshit from start to finish, at least what is on the tv show. She made a big deal of crying about how her family cruelly abandoned her for being trans only to have mom show up two episodes later, busting her ass to help her daughter and calling her 'he' like a good little ally. I suspect she is not marrying Nasa at all and may not even be in a relationship with her. The whole thing screams fake.
These people are poison. If anyone I knew had people around them that were pretending to be supportive and loving but constantly said "you can't" and "you will never" I'd be sitting them down for a serious talk. All support, professional and personal, should have the ultimate aim of helping a person be capable, independent and strong. This lot are like the enablers on 600lb life, who help their "loved one" hit insane weights because they are afraid if the person was healthy they wouldn't need them anymore and would get a better partner.
