i skimmed the document and it doesnt seem to be that much of a trashfire or a #metoo type shit

Most of the heavy claims have evidence of the main manager/CEO being a nonce and apparently they did hire 15 year olds to be Vtubers while also asking them to be in-character semen-demons ala Choco/Mel

The 15 year olds are kinda retarded for applying to any sort of corpo despite being underage but at the end of the day the CEO did apparently approach and continue in spite of that fact, unless they never checked or they lied

Yup, most of the harassment the mod was getting on Twitter was coming from brand-new, 0-follower accounts with Chinese names and sometimes even the Chinese flag in their bio. Having Chinese fans is really a double-edged sword.

It's hilarious because NijiEN is comparatively so small compared to the Coco incident that absolutely no one is listening to or acknowledging them spamming his hashtag.

I should clarify that this is not CCP chinkery but I suppose to most on this thread the difference is irrelevant. It seems that Luca's main mod was explicitly blaming Chinese people for saying inappropriate things despite having no reason to believe that. Unfortunately, their brand of retardation has somehow caused this to spiral into political discord on Weibo and people are using his tag.

Now I'll be as fair as possible, the chinks in his tag are not being malicious. None of them. Some of them are being retarded by saying that he should essentially kneel to people who donate to him, but 99.9% of them are trying to get him to read a clarification on what their grievance is. Some of them are saying that they're making themselves sick with worry and haven't slept because they want closure. Hardly the actions of bad actors.

The problem is that 'Chinese fans' have absolutely zero goodwill to burn with EN fans after the Taiwan shitshow, so no one is listening to them. They're going to see Chinese writing spam a tag and automatically assume it's out of bad faith. The direct attacks on Luca and the mod's twitter account won't help their cause, either.
