I was gonna say, her feet have to be so fat that I struggled to imagine her wearing a size five. If she is a true and honest size five it'd just look weird with the rest of her gigantic body.

Kim has type 2 diabetes. It's much more dangerous than gestational diabetes. Gestational diabetes can cause the baby to get too big, and/or the baby needs help after birth because he can't regulate the big change in blood sugar once he's not getting it from mom anymore. But type 1 or type 2 diabetes don't develop mid-pregnancy, as GD does. The baby is subject to fluctuations from conception, when much more serious problems can develop.
Even in a responsible person who tightly controls her diabetes, it's a high risk situation. Kim has had several hyperglycemic episodes requiring hospitalization at the most dangerous possible time. She's put the babies at risk for all sorts of birth defects. They're also at a very increased risk for prematurity and for stillbirth.
Generally the earlier you see these types of problems, the more severe they are. She's seeing it on the ultrasound in the early second trimester. That's very bad. Less severe cases of spinal defects might not be caught until birth or even later.

It sounds ridiculous, but from what I’ve read she’s around 5 feet tall and especially with how fat she is, in pictures her feet look strangely small like she might topple over.
In technicality she’s probably a size 5, but the blubber encasing her skeleton adds bulk.
I’m sure her godsend is cheap flip flops and shoes she can loosely lace/not lace and let her bulk keep them on.

Mini PL, but I can fit a size 5. The majority of shoes in my size are not made for wide feet- there is no way her hoarker ass is able to fit into 5's.

I get mad about this stuff too. Especially when you see good people going through infertility struggles and multiple losses whole trashy mf’ers are popping out kids like there is no tomorrow. I knew a chick who had two kids that she lost custody of due to abuse. She got pregnant a third time that luckily was a tubal pregnancy that had to be terminated and her Fallopian tube removed. Somehow she managed to have three more kids that the state immediately took whole having one Fallopian tube. People say crap like “god has a plan” but people like that are having kids, abusing them and still having more kids.

Darnell is almost 34 and I think still lives with family. Nothing to show. Sad shes is only 25 and already rode hard. I have never seen anyone call her these nicknames.

That food graphic explains part of why she’s a death fat, it made me wince.
All of them are terrible processed calorie bombs with high sodium and next to no nutritional content, every single one.
With that being said though, I’m agreeing that Banquet is the worst.
At least get some Stouffer’s if it’s going to be food like that.

In our town there's one pregnant with her SEVENTH. The previous six are scattered amongst grandparents,cousins and one was even "adopted" by a single older male.(?)
Half of them are severely fucked up from her drug and alcohol use. Three I know of have those large "tall"heads with big ears and weird facial features that indicate FAS. All three are in sped classes.
