it begans many years ago I think, the word of Idol is based on English speakers, but the term to idolizing figure who is must be for fans is started with Johnys Entertainment, it started with Boys Idol Group ironically.

And then the Idol boom is started, Morning Musume in 90's, and then AKB48 who clearly stating a must rules "Ren'ai Kinshi" or in english "Love between gender is prohibited" to their idols to put an ease for the Wota (Idol Otaku) back then. And it becomes a standard. Become an culture.

And 20 years after, even all original Akb48 member is already married, the culture already rooted deep.

People change, world is change, but for them, especially japan. They still stick to their culture.
Sure not many of them now, and many new viewers from japan and usually the new generation really doesn't care about the idol culture, they even called its a stupid culture. But the remnants of that culture is still there, small but loud as hell.

The new generation of japan even called them a Unicorn since unicorn legends is always prefer pure and virgin women.

These Unicorns is so loud and strong, like an Gundam lol. They can't be destroyed until the idols and company stating that they don't want them (like Towa or ID girls).

Outside of her singing streams, she mostly plays Valorant or does Zatsus, of which she mostly speaks in Tagalog/Filipino, so I don't watch any or much of her streams. She has a wonderful voice though and dances like the drunk aunt at your family Christmas parties during her "3D lives"

The thing is not even graphic, hell outlast is more graphic than this and they play it like a joke game to do as punishment/challenge

Yeah this piss me off to no end, as long as cover is so hellbent in forbid them to be with theirs sisters then they are going to be treated as the lesser branch of HL, meanwhile in the other office you get Reimu and Vox fighting on twitter every single day and the best reaction you get is "oh they are at it again"

And apparently the rules got more stricter because Oga and Fubuki collabed yesterday and fubs closed the commentary section

Fubuki has had her comments turned off for months now. They're only on for covers or major events like the Mario Kart tournament, for whatever reason.

RIG Cups generally have very strong teams, stronger than CR Cup. IIRC last time she got like 12th or something. 12th and 14th seem about right given the strength of these tournaments.
I don't think Selen is the best Apex vtuber or anything (hell, by her own admission her teammate Qu is better) but I would enjoy seeing her in a tournament like CR Cup that is a bit less stacked.

I think what makes it especially frustrating is that when I say "can't ever seem to prove herself", I don't mean proving she's good to others, but literally proving it to herself. It must be a pretty shit feeling when so many consider you the "APEX APEX APEX" girl, but then you just can't do well enough on a competitive stage to feel like you deserve it. It felt especially noticeable in the OTK invitational, by the end she was just super tired and profusely apologizing to the rest of the team over and over. Is this what being a Goslingfag is like?

Half of Vox’s audience are teenage girls from China so at this point I imagine the CCP will ban vtubers in an attempt to get their women to stop worshipping sexy anime men from Britain.
