It's the best-known fundraiser site. Kickstarter and Patreon are both well known too, but the former is intended more for funding long-term tangible creative projects (video games, new consumer electronics, craft works (Kraftwerk?), etc., and Patreon is more of a monthly "patron of the arts" thing.

Very few other fundraising sites even have a high profile and certainly aren't well-known. Hell, I'm actively paying attention to this shit right now as it happens and even I can't remember the name of the site the Convoy's fundraiser has moved to (despite making a conscious effort to commit it to memory ... lol maybe I'm just in early-stage dementia). I'll have to scroll back up to remind myself what it was called. Ask yourself if you can remember it (without looking it up).

Combine that with the fact that most people have no idea GoFundMe is so willing to intervene for political reasons if the leftists that run it don't like your cause and eagerly cave to the weakest of government pressure, and you have your reason why they used GoFundMe in the first place.

what is going on is not personality disorders. personality disorders form at the same time as personality- so mostly inherited at birth, but to a significant degree formed by early experiences and circumstances. to answer your question about if cluster b's are fucked for life- ASPDs don't care to get better & like how they are, sometimes BPD people get better w/meds and like 5 + years of therapy, not sure about HPD (much rarer than other cluster b PD so it isn't a big topic of research), NPD cases basically same boat as ASPD. It is actually pretty hard to tell NPD and ASPD apart from the outside, the behavior is essentially the same they simply have different reasons for it.

All of these politicians have had 0 problem with instantly introducing more restrictions at a moments notice, but getting them to take them away always "takes a long time" and "needs to be done gradually". Bullshit. If they can force all businesses to close with 2 days notice, they can get rid of the restrictions just as fast.

I live on the other side of the globe so I have no idea what things are really like over there but I've been following this thread and it's nothing short of heartwarming. All these mandates, government-enforced control over people's lives, media slander, and still you have a mass of working-class people - peacefully - protesting for their rights as citizens. They get food from people all over the country, they are supported by Americans, the amount of money they receive in donations is astounding. Meanwhile, the leftist force crumbles and straight-up falls apart. Their monkeys are screaming left and right because they don't know how to do anything else, they grasp at straws and encourage violent, actually fascist methods, showing their true colours stronger than ever. The same people who cheered for BLM riots which caused incredible amounts of property damage and injuries to innocent citizens screech for the blood of honest, hard-working men. Their entire platform collapses in on itself as they, with growing terror, realise that the world at large doesn't actually support them. People are waking up and doing everything they can to support the honking cause.

It's so fucking pleasant to witness - I just hope it won't escalate.

Seriously this, I don't know how the other provinces did it but in Alberta we went from ~OPEN FOR GOOD~, no masks no anything, to literally like a day's notice of all that coming back plus vax passports. Seems like it would be a lot harder to introduce restrictions considering how the arbitrary the rules are, but no one even questioned it.

My running theory is that not only do Cluster Bs tend to flock to social media like moths to a porch light because it gives them the asspats they crave, they also frequently spend their lives trying to convince everyone in their vicinity that Cluster B behavior is, in fact, 100% normal and acceptable, and anyone who says otherwise is unreasonable and wrong.
