It's hilarious to me how in every convoy protest you maybe see 1 or 2 maskies, but everyone looks happy and approachable and so nice - then you see these counter-protesters, all masked cave troll looking mfs, just exuding misery. They're obviously infected with something and it ain't corona-chan.

Remarkable how these retards can go on and on about muh health, muh public health, and still be obese.
Obesity is a comorbidity in what, ~85% of coronavirus deaths? Whether you're fat or not has a bigger impact than whether you're vaccinated.

Good thing they're forcing everybody into a sedentary lifestyle with diktats that are making people fatter.

Either the farmers have hoodwinked them, or they cancelled. I'd be surprised if they don't do the protest at all, since they have been politically active here for the last two years. Update on this previous post. It wasn't protestors pulling a ruse cruise on the cops. Apparently they were just trying to prevent the cops from amassing in one place to fuck with them before they had a large group together. It wasn't planned, early arrivals noticed a police presence at the staging areas and changed their agenda on the fly.

I heard on the scanner that a bunch of people popped up at a local business and started pulling flags and signs out of their trunks. I went there, but there wasn't anyone there that I could see. We drove around, trying to see where everyone was going, but it seemed like just confusion. We saw some people with a big flag on the truck pull into a fast food joint, so I just pulled in and asked him if he knew what the plan was. They told me where everyone was going to meet up.
They're congregating in a large disused parking lot in the city center. It had a fair-like atmosphere. Very friendly and cheerful. There were some Mennonites, and a few migrant workers that must've decided to stick around until spring when work starts again. The cops were set up in a parking lot across the road, alongside some paramedics.

I would estimate there were at least 200-300 people (The largest town in the county has a population around 12,000) but trucks and tractors were still flowing slowly at about 15 km/h into the protest area during the whole time we were there, and even as we were leaving the convoy was still coming in from the highways.

My husband and I used to fly the Red Ensign on Canada Day just because Pearson made that bullshit leaf flag red and white specifically the colours of the Liberal Party.

A pointless protest, more of an inside joke.
