Watching Russ too long is like reading the Necronomicon. Eventually, you'll snap and try to summon the Great Old Ones.

Russ can't see himself through other's eyes, because he literally can't conceive that other people don't think like he does. Remember when he was trying to get the judge to reconsider dismissing his Null lawsuit? He wrote he was astonished that the judge didn't find his arguments compelling. He thought he had good arguments, and he can't grasp that other people might legitimately disagree with him.

I don't believe Stinky is right in this particular claim, but to state he brings nothing of value to the thread and to fuck off sounds more to me like you've got a personal problem.

Dude does more to keep this thread on track then any janny, and is consistently correcting misinformation and bullshit that gets posted here to stop them from becoming runaway 'facts' like happens in a lot of other threads on a lot of other high profile cows.

As for me not contributing much, well what is there to contribute? Russ is mostly silent aside from his court filings and and occasional IG thirst-posting. Incidentally, Molly Lens of O'Melveny & Myers is a partner, and I'd be surprised if she bills anything short of $800 an hour. I would be surprised if drafting this took many billable hours, though, because enforcing an arbitration clause is such a no-brainer legal issue that a firm this large almost certainly have a pre-made brief on the issue in their brief bank.
