Early archie is something special because it's like a weird hybrid of both the SATAM and AOSTH DiC cartoons. It's SATAM characters but robotnik is literally just AoSTH robotnik with the outfit of SATAM robotnik. I was typing this message out earlier but forgot who I was replying to cause it was a few days ago and I forgot to hit send.
Anyways, untied to that one, I got the news about the penders NFT shit and it's fucking insanity.
For context of those that don't know, Green knuckles was literally knuckles suffering from like emerald radiation poisoning or some shit. There was more to it tied to spiritual knuckles shit too but like overall point is he's literally knuckles with a different color pallete, and this goes for Robo Robitnik as well. Robo Robotnik was a cyborg Robotnik from an alternate timeline where he won. He originally showed up in the early 'funny moments self aware" kind of archie comics. Later after the comic got serious businesstype shit he was brought back to explain why they were using the actual dreamcast game's robotnik design now instead of the DiC robotnik. You wanna know how? He fucking transfers his consciousness to a new backup body that inexplicably looks nothing like his prior one.
Anyways I'm just gonna send this pic from google images in here because holy fuck robotnik's literally chugging oil here while dissing himself from a timeline where he's more successful.
EDIT: Also forgot to mention in that NFT message he says Julie Su and Shade are the same character, while Shade is a completely different Bioware/sega created character from the game that he started the fucking lawsuit over because the echidnas were using technology. That's actually like grounds for some kinda legal action on SEGA's part probably since he's claiming actual ownership of one of the official sonic game characters.
