Not so much "on sight". Sometimes they're allowed to run around for a while, but they quickly become tiresome and get banned anyway. The Entersphere's pretty much Null's trigger though so if anything Entersphere-related stumbles across his path you can bet it won't be around for long.

A lot of the prominent Enterspergs were banned under the 'underaged shitposter' rule but while Enterspergs are really unwanted influence, there's no official rulings against them AFAIK. Them being humongous spergs usually means that they're driven out of the community without any need to explicitly ban them.

More or less what @TheImportantFart said. Though as I took part in a fair amount of the bickering, I have more of a bitter resentment towards the boards. So take precautions beforehand if you really want to know what went down there. There's a lot of sperging going on there.
