Which way tho? Autism is different from girls to boys, autistic girls can blend in surprisingly well at school than autistic boys, they can have friends and good grades, they also have all the weird things autistic have like obsessions and repetitive behaviour, hypersensibility, context and face blindness etc, Nady doesn't have any of those symtoms, she is just an awkward girl with chronic attention whoring because it's her only way to communicate with people, autism is her next 2 weeks trend so she can use it to cope from the damage transition had done to her body because she's stupid.
If Natalie weren't on the Internet, but just someone moving through their "journey" in real life, I'd give her another 30-40 years before she checks out. (I'm ruling out murder because it's unpredictable.) I've known some old trans people (genuinely trans, surgery and all), and they were all battling the suicidal urge. But living online (where RL becomes your secondary reality) accelerates everything, from very temporary joys and successes to permanent disappointments and failures. I think she's 24 right now. I'd expect her to take her own life by the time she's 40. I'd much rather see her regain whatever sanity she may have once had, but that would take a miracle.

there are various symptoms of autism, many autistic people can socialize and have nice lives despite being a little weird. not all of them behave like Chris. however, I agree that she doesn't seem autistic. it's hard to tell whether she has any disorders or illnesses beyond being an annoying entitled bitch.
Naty's whole behaviour is what passes for autism in Current Day™, or at least what many people claim to be autism and nobody tells them otherwise. Many children who are diagnosed with autism are just brats whose parents never properly taught how to behave in society for whatever reason. Their Karen mothers demand medication to keep then controlled and doctors comply because they make money from that scam.
There's a sliding scale of autism. You have people who are on the spectrum but are close enough to being "normal" that they're just seen as being weird. They often have a small group of friends, obsessive interests and don't necessarily melt down at the slightest trouble. Further up the scale you have folk like Chris who's definitely a sperg but is able to at least function in society even if he thinks he's right all the time. And you go all the way up to non-verbal and self destructive behavior like them hitting themselves over and over whenever they're outside their comfort zone.
Nady has what I like to call "Tumblr-Tism. It's very similar to true Autism, except that it can be easily cured by getting them the fuck away from the internet and having their parents slap the living shit out of them.
It's not just that, she never socialized correctly, and lived on tumblr net etc, so has no idea how to interact, she's a dumb self important person but she's not that mentally ill compared to many, if she joined a school club got a real job etc, she could learn those social cues unlike someone who's got real tismo.
I feel bad for the others students who had to do classes with her, imagine a goblin lecturing you about her gender and don't you dare use SHE by accident or else she will try to call you out with passive aggressive "epistemologies" (very masculine of you Nat!), I'll give anything to know if she ate alone at lunch and if people avoided her as much as possible.
Yet, she's going to college now. If you hated school, then you probably would hate college too. The only difference here is that she believes the stereotype that going to college is good for you. An stereotype that exists only to make stupid people like Naty pay for a college education they don't need.
