Whether or not the murder rate for troons is higher or lower than the murder rate for women depends on how many troons you assume there are in society.

Women are roughly 50% of the population of, like, pretty much everywhere, so the math is easy.

Troons are somewhere between 0.1% and 1% of the population, so your number might be off by a factor of 10 in either direction depending on where you start.
