There is no custody battle. It is as fictitious as his police filing for his mugging in Lisbon which never happened.

He hasn't filed dick with any court to get his name on the certificate nor filed against the mother to demand rights as a father. This is his default "Some people will have sympathy for me and give me money", and even in the interview with Jim you could literally hear him wanting for the "Awww, you see, Ralph is a good guy" after saying how he loves his kid and wants to be part of his life.

He is doing his best to not be part of the future life of the kid in the oven by drinking himself to death, flying to other countries leaving the mother alone - but we are supposed to believe his love for his kid on the other side of the country (the one where he says horrible shit about the mother), is somehow true?

Every cent anyone has given to him to help his "custody" battle has gone straight to Johnny Walker and pill dealer down the road. Does a guy who is saving his dollars to fight for his legal rights as a father fly to Lisbon on a whim? Blow money on cigars and drinks? Gamble in Las Vegas?

It's time for the interviewers to call him out on his real horseshit and not put it off the table as "can't talk about it" because just as surely there are poor people who pop kids out to get money, poor little Ralph was sucking up donations to fight a custody battle that didn't exist, and just like the poor white trash who pop the kids out spent the money they did get on their addictions and not the kids.

Ralph is actually much lower than we or the interviewers give him credit for. And what few followers Ralph have left ought to start asking how come he has money for flights, gambling, alcohol and pills and not a single receipt to a lawyer for his "custody battle" which is merely part of the fantasy in his head that he knows will play out well for his remaining audience.

He claimed on his stream that he had an attorney in California that he had already paid $2,600 to, which is jack shit for a California attorney. I find it hard to believe that he even got someone on retainer for that much money.
