After the new outfit reveal and her talking about black "mermaids purses" and playing with them on the beach I did some googling and it seemed to be a North Carolina thing from news articles.

Fits with her other stories about corn fields and crops etc. Seems to fit well.

Calli went to college in the NW of Georgia, which is pretty close to North carolina. So that could explain their camaraderie a bit too.

I know nothing of states and what the residents are meant to be like so I could be way off.

Savannah, GA is sort of my second home and it was really weird hearing Cali mentioning she went to The Savannah College of Art and Design which is a pretty small campus, but I guess for the south it one of the better art schools.

I'll have to go back through the streams but a few nights ago when Gura was playing GTA V and saved her game I noticed the time zone for her saving was west coast though, as it was saved 3 hours behind my time zone as per the system time that shows next to the save. That's localized to her PC rather than being something that would be affected by a VPN, so unless she intentionally set her system time back 3 hours to throw people off the trail I think she's west coast US.

That being said I'm almost positive she's originally from eastern NC, her knowledge of the south and redneck things, food references and talk of the beach all fit. Eastern NC is a different vibe, they know and have access to all the NASCAR tier redneck shit to the west but most of them lack a defined southern accent. So she may be a transplant who moved from NC out west.

This is about as scientific as Gura not calling carbonated beverages "pop", Calli does call them "pop" and she is from Texas - maybe. Calli and Kson sitting in a Georgia tree, not talking and no tete.
