Canadian Truckers Convoy 2022 - The Leaf calls you a Nazi as he gasses you

Ok, so I think I got this straight. Police have a "no more fuel" rule that goes into effect tonight. Truckers had a stockpile a couple miles away in a Cambodian Tire parking lot. Cops move in and seize fuel. Around this time they send out minivans just in case the group downtown move to stop the cops on the other side of the canal from taking the fuel.

Did I get that right?
They should have set up a decoy stockpile of empty cans and hidden one somewhere else that they could get to easily.

So is the issue the fuel stockpile or the fuel supply line? If you don't want combustibles near the police station, the trucks themselves could explode, if that's the justification, so even topping off a tank with your only can would be "dangerous."
You could drop a lit match on cold diesel and it wouldnt even light.
Diesel doesn't explode.

That is what it seems like. It's a hindrance to keeping the trucks going, but as @BrokLesnerd opined, it might be for the best since a stockpile of fuel that close and in that much quantity could always be a high-value target for big booms should someone ever get the idea.

This may just mean that the truckers and their allies amongst the public (I hope) will find creative ways to keep themselves up and running.

To liven up the mood a bit. Sorry for the doomerism.

And now like 1/6, they're going to be treated like crap. Wonder if there'll be any trucker deaths in the slammer.

And with this, the Trucker Convoy will begin to be crushed and dismantled until Justin Trudeau comes back to the site to declare the capital liberated, and that Canada has survived its darkest hour. And maybe he'll announce some new mandates too, bringing the country into a March/April/May 2020 time warp. Fin.
It depends it seems like these guys do not want to leave and the government is determined to make an example of it. Now it could be cracked down on and they could lose everything but at this point you're pushing people to violence point if they crackdown ruthlessly.

Fantastic new metal song from Canada:
I don't know enough about metal genres to pin down the classification. Is this epic metal or symphonic metal?
I'll one-up you with something more topical. IIRC Antifags have harassed them because their music is all about Quebec nationalism. The theme of this album is this one other time the Canadians (mostly frog Canucks) got a little too uppity against the government.

Oh, uh... He's been like this ever since COVID began and the 2020 election. He's a bit of a known A&H poster who dooms a little too hard. While I don't always blame him, this time around the fat lady has yet to sing.

@Random Internet Person - Do not waver so easily. Remind yourself of the Rudyard Kipling poem "If" when it seems like all is lost. It's not forever, you know?
Thanks. https://www.poetryfoundation.org/poems/46473/if---

Sounds about right. And probably trying to see if anyone will try to run the line to smuggle. We still haven't gotten to airdrops yet.

No one's forcing you to breathe truck exhaust. You made a choice to breathe it and you can always move if you want clean air.
How do you think the truckers feel? They live with that shit.

These pampered city pussies having to barely feel even the slightest discomfort that is commonplace in the working class. Dear Lord.

Maybe.

But allowing a bunch of combustible material to be stockpiled beside the police station is a bad idea at any point in time.
This is a far more reasonable assumption than most want to admit.

so far.

Do you want to bet there's not some redditor who has looked up how to make that stockpile a big badda boom?

The noble couldn't imagine dealing with the hardships of the peasantry and would hate you for making them try

Have you followed the thread? There's already arrests.
Yeah it's over the people who delivered fuel right now. There are no mass arrests at the current moment. It was just 4 people out of the thousands of truckers there. Expect some disinformation campaigns either from plebbit or the Canadian government in attempts to demoralize us. As it stands the protesters hold Toronto, Edmonton, ottowa, Quebec city and Coots crossing/milk river.

Also everyone archive, screenshot and save every video, relevant picture and things you can see. The powers that be are trying to demoralize us and push a narrative. Remember last Saturday it was only a couple of trucks and some rednecks, they told us that it was over last weekend. Don't give into these people and exert power.

Also if you're in ottowa look for new and inventive ways to smuggle in fuel.

They still control Coutts border which is arguably more important and there's little political effort to break that up provincially (so far). They have proven they can muster the troops and block any border they want to if they get pissed off about arrests and stuff.
