He's constantly fucked up on something, he's sniffing cocaine, he's casually taking painkillers on a recreational basis that are meant for medical purposes, he's drinking, he's drunk and slurring in every stream I see him on, he's half-asleep in every clip of him I see or hear, why does he not just stop? I can't say that I remember a single clip or stream segment or anything that involved a sober Ralph. At this point I have no idea what Sober-Ralph would even sound like, it feels like there is this potentially much better person that is buried in there that is simply denied its word for years on end.

At times, the vibe I'm personally getting from him is akin to lowtax. It's like every second of life is constant pain so being sober for even a moment is unbearable to him and much like Lowtax, whenever something mildly discomforting comes his way he' instinctively retreating into a shell. That's why in his mind every friend turns into an enemy the moment they crack a mild joke at him.
