It was prior to the banks fucking over NP2. Dick made NP2 as a Patreon alternative that doesn't just ban everyone willy nilly and Jim, Josh, Ralph and a bunch of others were hoping it could take off. But Ralph contacted PPP's church and told them that PPP is a literal faggot who presents his bleached asshole on-stream (he wasn't lying) and got him kicked out of it that way. In response, PPP took his followers on an internet crusade to do whatever they could to discourage as many people as possible from using NP2 to try to stomp it out, involving a lot of tremendously homosexual operations targeted at this very site among other places. Josh had an entire discussion/debate stream where PPP argues like a delirious prosecutor where every sentence is a carefully tailored neg-ad targeted at the audience rather than an argument directed at the person talking to him.

I could be wrong, but didn't the Ralph/PPP arc involving PPP's church occur during the stream me days? I thought that the timeline was Ralph was getting roasted by PPP on stream me, PPP got drunk on NYE and decided to moon on livestream to own Ralph (I think? I forget the exact details on the "why"), and Ralph being Ralph reported him to his church...someone correct me if I'm mis-remembering though.

I know that incident was the inspiration for PPP to go on his crusade around a year after stream me failed when the Simpspiracy situation blew up in Dick's face directly because of Ralph's handling of his show addressing the situation, a crusade which ultimately made enough proverbial noise to awaken certain turbo spergs, who in turn fucked over Dick/NP2.
