tags, horrorcow, skitzocow, cultcow, etc - bringing back the ability to see a subset of threads by tags

Is this functionality still gone? I used to use it to navigate pretty often, but it's been gone a while and it would be great to have it back. The tags and classification system were great for finding obscure things in forum sections I don't usually visit.

You just have to click on the tags and they'll be sorted by the relevant prefix.
