I like to think we do our due diligence and we have some very intelligent resourceful posters contributing to a topic, but we also break a lot of balls. Others have said as much, but absolutely no reputable/established entity is ever going to scour what is essentially a gossip website for info to be used against another entity in a legal, professional setting where possibly tens-hundreds of thousands of dollars are at stake. Said entity would be laughed out of his/her profession, have his/her reputation tarnished for life, and the defendant(s) would get off scot-free. Was it really worth it?
