Also interesting, is that troons who develop dementia seem to forget their gender identity, and are confused as to why they don't have a penis anymore. However, gay people who develop dementia never forget that they're gay. Almost like sexuality is innate, and gender identity isn't.

It does have to do with trannys because it shows how white western notions of gender ideology are more important than a cultures own understandings of their own culture.

Have there been any studies about trans women T levels before they transition? Are they lower than average? I guess when you think about the symptoms of gender dysphoria depression, mood swings ect...those are also symptoms of low T. Has anyone tried treating gender dysphoria in men , by giving them TRT ?

I'm sure I read that men who transition are endochrinally normal, they don't have any larger representation than normal for disorders of sexual development. They are just perverts, not sure there's any chemical reason for it.

This is probably the case, although there might be a correlation with overall health. If a guy has low T, but there's nothing medically wrong with his nuts, it can just be his overall health. Stress and shitty diet can cause low T.

Telling internet obsessed nerds to eat better, exercise more and get out and touch grass can probably resolve both low T and troon delusions, even if one isn't necessarily a direct cause of the other.

Also, I feel like there is a lot of straight man logic in here. Coming out as troonbians is a severe mistake since they'll remove the shield of "harmless (to women) gay man". I hope they declare themselves "lesbians" at a rate that removes that myth from public perception
If you are a man, troons will ruin your online spaces. If you are a woman, troons will ruin your real life spaces. Nobody wins. Not even troons, they can't even find solace in a chaser or other troons because that'd be gay and cope.

As a separate thing:
I believe the thing that old people with dementia will definitely forget their transness. While I don't work in the medical field a lot of my family does, and the stories they tell me about elderly, mentally gone people seems to align with that.
There's a post up there about a troon claiming that he seems himself as a male in his dreams, and that's kinda related. I doubt any troon dreams of being a (real) girl/woman, it's all a premeditated performance, it's not something that'd register into their subconscious mind as a "fact". Dreams might have impossible sights but they kinda are a rehash of real elements floating around. I'd bet money that if they dream about sex it'd be the same way as a regular straight man and equipped accordingly, even after getting an amhole (but they'll probably lie about it)

In short, I believe they don't really believe they are women (or men), not really, not where it counts. When dementia strikes, imagine their faces.

In this case, the interesting part is not what the men say they are - one of them, for example, thinks he is a true and genuine woman who gave birth. What's really interesting is the ethics of what these people are told by care staff. No doubt the trans lobby, who will happily trans the dead, would say that they should always be told they are female and 'helped' into female clothes. Just as we were supposed to lie to people while they were young, we should lie to those of unsound mind as well, because what else will do, if we truly believe in women trapped in men's bodies?
