I don't think so since it lists penitentiary as the place to be served. If it was fully suspended I would expect that to be blank. Unless that's just there for IF he violates the suspended sentence?

She's said on her streams she hasn't. Ralph hasn't bragged about it. Pantsu tried to court her, but gave up most likely.
