Dude, while you are technically correct, the MO here is for law enforcement to take action first, possibly detain/arrest and then let the legal system sort out the legality. We also don't want narcs informing the FBI who in turn will contact null, leading to more calls for the deletion of A&H.
You have to use what I call the Papaver Somniferum test: Is it legal to have but is it also legal to go into detail about what has been done with it for hundreds of years? Is a flammable liquid legal to possess but is it also permissible to explain in detail what people can do with it in certain situations? It's all context, to be honest.

Even if he didn't cross the line into sometihng legally actionable the mods probably are trying to avoid fostering an environment where fedposting is allowed/encouraged. Kiwi Farms already gets enough scrutiny as it is and too much of that kind of thing could jeopardize the future of the site. Best to avoid that headache all-together.

I mean I think they're doing this because the government might blackout social media of let's say ottowa. Imagine for a 6 hour period no one can see Livestreams or any live video from Snapchat or etc.... That is a sign at protests something big is about to occur. These guys definitely have been using telegram solely to organize and vetted these chats so for all things considered they're doing things smart for now. This is why they should definitely invite more media that can come out and show out to the event. 99.9% likely to be horseshit, but the snipers around Parliament Hill rumor isn't new. I caught a Snapchat 2 nights ago claiming to have spotted a sniper on a roof. It was taken at night on a tater and wasn't backed up by anything I could find anywhere else so I tossed it. There was definitely someone on a roof, but there wasn't a single frame where more than a 6 black pixel blur was visible. Video seems to be gone off Snapmap now.
Otherwise, claims of an agent provocateur floating around... except there are also claims that the guy giving the warning is, himself a fed. I don't know who's glowing who any more. Twitter thread archive.

I found this video on telegram with no context. This is a police officer encouraging other police officers to be willing to lose their careers for what is right. He also encourages everyone to not be a fence sitter. You can feel the tension in the video, because deep down this man knows things will get ugly.
