Emergency services generally have their own encrypted comms on separate frequencies so it shouldn't affect them too much. It will be an absolute nightmare for bug people though. Another thing to note is that even if phones are jammed, truckers still have CB.

Ontario uses Trunked p-25 encrypted comms with inter-agency capabilities. They use clear channel for mundane shit, and for tac and emergency they have p-25 encryption.

Edit: I should also add that some local Ontario agencies use entirely encrypted comms. When they first switched to P-25 there was some criticism regarding the agencies that opted to go fully encrypted because of public transparency concerns. The critics were basically ignored here, but I think in some US states there has been court rulings regarding this.

In normal times ICUs run 85-95% capacity because it is extremely lucrative. Insurance pays out more for ICU care than just about anything. The coof has pushed ICU use from 85-95% to 90-99%. Big fucking deal. There has not been a single case of hospitals being overwhelmed and stacking bodies like cordwood because of insufficient resources to provide care anywhere on the North American or European continents. Well maybe Mexico but it's Mexico.

Just to remind everyone regarding the truth about Hospital Capacity. The Media has lied for 2 years now. They've used 3 particular pictures to lie.
1. The scene of a grossly overcrowded coof stricken ER. They have repeatedly presented this as a NYC Hospital. It is actually an Italian Hospital, that historically gets overwhelmed like this every year there is a bad flu season. No NYC or American ER's reached these capacity levels.
2. They show a picture of dead bodies having to be stuffed in a storage room because the morgue was full. This was one absolutely tiny private hospital in the Bronx whoose Morgue had max capacity of 4-6. And would rollover into the storeroom for a bad car accident.
3. They show a picture of body bags being loaded into a refrigerated truch outside of a NYC Hospital. They never state that this was a training drill. The bodies were mannequins. Not one refrigerator truck was ever used. in 2 years.

This "hospital capacity" bullshit is a total red herring no one would accept for anything else.

Imagine if schools said "PLEASE, we're at capacity, stop having children and shut down all dating websites and bars until we can get enough staff!"

Or if tire companies demanded the government stop people from driving because it was hard to get enough people to put new tires on people's cars.

Remember that old stalwart of boss's desks in the 80s, "Poor planning on your part does not constitute an automatic emergency on mine"? We need some of that attitude back, pronto. These hospitals have had two years to prepare. In that time they could have trained an army of ICU/critical care providers. They chose not to and they want to lay the blame at the feet of people who had no say.

the hospitals here were packed into the hallways and triags protocol says low blood oxygen gets priority. so yeah the unvaxxed were clogging up the hospitals while real emergencies were pushed aside.
