I really hope that when Freemantle/Marathon win it's explicitly stated that Russell is no longer welcome to audition for AGT or any other productions these companies are associated with and that he will never, ever be a contestant.

Oh I'm pretty sure that if this goes to arbitration they're going to add that. Why wouldn't they? It's not like they want to have to deal with this retard each and every time. It's a pain in the ass to have to go through all this and they have more important things to do.

I don’t think they can go after that order if they do arbitration. USA lawfags might know better.

When he exaggerates these things I don't think he intends to come across as pathetic and he doesn't even register that that is how he comes across to most people. I think in his head these reactions aren't pathetic, they're normal and acceptable because what was done to him was SO BAD. It's not Russell that's the problem, it's these people doing such mean, terrible things to him and that's why the teacher judge should definitely pay attention to him and make the other kids whoever he's sueing do what he wants.

When I read this I thought back to when I learned about covert narcissim and rereading some articles about this Russell seems to display more symptoms of covert narcissism than overt narcissism

The two classes of narcissism are definitely very similar though I think Russell falls under a covert narcissism because instead of going around saying "I am the best songwriter and lawyer in the world" he phrases it in a more subtle yet still very much in tune with thinking he is the best songwriter in the world. He just is self aware enough to not to say it that way because he knows he will come across as a braggart.

They don't need an order to do that, they can just shitcan every single application he makes. The JAMS Arbitrator can also issue injunctive relief, such as ordering him to quit harassing anyone associated with Heidi Klum or Fremantle or Marathon. The Arbitrator could even do that as an interim measure while the proceedings were ongoing, according to JAMS Rule 24(e).

Unless the applications are themselves harassing, though, I don't see they'd need an injunction. Just don't ever let him on.

I think you're right. The one he told people to back off from went by Dani (not to be confused with the NZ couch girl named Danica) but her real name might have been Tara.

As for stalking Ms. Lens, it would be in character. She was unrelentingly professional in her emails, even when she was calling him out over his "slip of the tongue". I'm sure he construed that as respect, maybe even friendliness, and will feel she "misrepresented" herself. (ETA: Remember, he thinks people using strategy in a strategy game is cheating.) One thing that struck me about the emails was how he read her lack of adversarial tone to be accepting. He certainly started volunteering more information, in a less formal way over time. Yes, his arrogance and contempt for the mere female increased, but he definitely started running his mouth more about his "reverse psychology" and such. He really can't help himself. He has to explain how clever he is and act like he's chatting around the water cooler with his subordinates.

I think she was calculating, her calm demeanour gave him enough rope to hang himself imo...those emails have shown his true colours. His misogyny and arrogance, let alone his stupidity, is blinding.

It hasn't been established as a fact, but it's the inference any reasonable person would draw from reading the letter.

If you can come at this video with fresh eyes, Russ has a bit of charm here similar to early Chris Chan. (Think of the "Future Message" video.) All you really see is his naive optimism; you can't tell that he has the soul of a deranged rapist.

Early pre-Swift lawsuit Russell was something different, definitely. He was still a selfish, sexist, sex and fame obsessed little gremlin but he had a certain optimism about him. He wasn't so obsessed with punishing famous women, but rather with "wooing" them. I believe I fond the Drummer of the band Russ hired.
On Instagram a drummer who has an id of amonte_the_drummer who looks very much like the drummer in the Russ agt red jacket performance image. This Amonte guy also liked the Russ agt lawsuit post which was un privated.
Looks as this guy has great drumming skills so the band had to sound good .
I'm thinking the band he works with was the full band hired.
But no images of them with Russ at the AGT audition on the drummer guys page at all.
