I'm surprised Russhole stipulated to this because there is no way that motion isn't granted and this whole mess isn't unceremoniously punted to the curb.

OTOH, when Russhole agrees to these sorts of routine scheduling things, he undermines his claim that he needs EMERGENCY relief to get on AGT. If its an EMERGENCY, it needs to be taken care of first.

Well Russ is a certified moron. Agreeing to stipulations like this makes him feel like he has parity with the opposing council. They are treating him like the legal genius he so clearly is.
And it would not have mattered anyway. As soon as Freemantle played the arbitration card it moves to the front of the line since it's a question of jurisdiction.

Russ may have felt he's adequately explained his plights to the judge. After all, he has no theory of the mind, so as far as he's concerned, he's made a bulletproof argument as to why the motion shouldn't be granted.

1. Russell felt upset about high school prom: the girl he asked turned him down and went with some Chad (ref).
2. Russell mentioned at least one restraining order taken out on him while he was a minor around the time of prom (same ref).
3. Russell wrote a kill list on a high school bathroom wall as a "grad prank" i.e. around the time of prom.
Hmmmmm well gosh, here's a safe bet: Russell got really creepy about the prom date situation and it ended up with lawyers involved.

125% The Judge really does not have a choice in the matter. The law and precedent is very clear. The FAA is designed specifically to get these petty bullshit things out of the Federal Courts. Plus it means the Judge doesn't have to read anymore of Russ's inane insane manifestos.

It wasn't really a "grad prank" though, because he did it in December 2009 right before he was about to have surgery and be out of school for a bit. Also he was 18 (almost 19) at the time so I'm not sure why he didn't get slapped with more than what he got.

Not directly a "grad prank"- but it's how he's retroactively justifying it. His book also mentions how the "girl I had liked all through high school, essentially told me to hit the road; to get lost". I zero percent believe that his motive for the kill list was sincerely to prank anyone. I think he did it directly to punish his high school target and wanted to be absent the building for any consequences. Her name was probably the first one on it.

Bumping this because it could definitely use more investigation. The drummer's name is Amonte Henry, and his band is the Intuitive Soul Band. He seems like a great guy who could provide some insight on working with Russ, if he is indeed the hired drummer.
He likes to make cool videos of his performances, so maybe he's got some pics/footage of him jamming with Russ?

I'm sure he is due to the green drum set with the smaller drums over the bass drum is extremely unique due to most drummers would have bigger ones plus we know Russ wouldn't tag anyone else but himself (to not draw attention from him) in his photo except to get attention as he does with yovanna, ethots Judge judy ect.
