A U.S. District Court would retain jurisdiction to make a vexatious litigant finding based on conduct under their jurisdiction, even if the case is now gone. Obviously the Arbitrator has no power to issue such a finding or enforce it on a federal court.I don’t think they can go after that order if they do arbitration. USA lawfags might know better.
Even if they CAN do it, if they have BTFO him on the merits, why would they go after that kind of order?
I'd honestly expect them to make that argument because it would moot any of Russ's other arguments.Rusty never thought that if he even made it onto the show that all contestants that may be on air have background checks done on them and once the stalking charge was found.. He would be rejected automatically.
I believe one single man was responsible for all contestants on anything getting background checks. This guy.
