Does Woolie just think he's a bigger deal than the direct? That he can simply ignore it and expect people to watch his stream while he does his own thing? As James said its because he doesn't want to be sitting there bored on stream and shitting on every announcement because its multiplayer games he doesn't care about. I remember when Pat and Matt joked about how long and boring their Chronotrigger LP was. It was 44 parts, most average around 20 to 35 minutes with the last two around 50. I'm sure Woolie's video count would be similar but every video is an hour.

We all give Matt shit for recycling and stealing jokes, but he at least tries to be entertaining and wants to avoid dead air.

Woolie will dead air his LP's unless he has some preachy moment, or pretend to sound smart by explaining what a scene meant to Reggie as if Reggie was a retarded child and can't follow the story, or just explain Death Note Kira level plans for his next moves over simple gameplay that would've been finished faster if he just played the game.

Which is like saying that a war movie where the characters turn to the camera every five minutes to say "war is bad" is trying to say how cool war is. Is every choice Woolie ever makes the wrong choice? Matt originally wanted to do Two Best Friends with Woolie but Woolie thought it was a dumb idea not worth trying. Woolie thought two people who couldn't talk (Reggie/Minh) should be his partners for videos where all they do is talk. It really is kind of insane though how if the game had come out only a year or two later that scene would have caused a massive shitstorm, especially if it had come out in 2012.

Because if you played Persona 4 and completed the S.Links for Kanji and Naoto you would understand that the point of both of their storylines has literally nothing to do with being LGBT.
