Twitter in and of itself is addictive. Lots of social media is designed to give you a dopamine rush.

That forehead lmao
That one beret lol.

I bet that meeting goes "wait till the tranny is on the bus before you make fun of him."

This shit is sub schoolyard level bullying. For all the talk of strength and bravery, trannies sure are pussies when it comes to living in society.

Any social media is conceived as a dopamine slot machine and that includes the farm.
Also including transpositive hugboxes on twitter reddit and discord.

Trannies have glass skin. Say their dead names and they freak out. lol there’s a reason why it’s 41%

Retarded is a slur now too, even in the medical sense of the term. I say... If they're not using these words, let the general public have 'em! Let retarded mean that someone is willfully acting stupid!

“Imbecile,” “moron,” and especially “idiot” were all medical terms for categories of low IQs, and when they fell out of favor for medical use, we got to keep them for colloquial use. I’ve always thought retard/retarded/retardation should be viewed the same way. Too bad P.C. warriors have reeeed about it so much, we can’t call someone a retard the same way we can call someone an idiot. Of course, that is nothing compared to TRAs freaking over “transsexual” or calling Adele a TERF for saying she’s proud to be a woman. There is no bottom for these freaks’ need to police basic speech.

That forehead lmao

Imagine four years of university, internships, moving up the ladder of a major city’s news station, dreaming of awards for your investigative journalism, and you’re reporting on a dude in a bad dress who got mildly mocked by, of all people, a construction worker. I’d also have this “what has my life become” look.

Like the oompa loompa do-ba-dee-doo.
Do-ba-dee-doo.

I mean this mustached dude pretending to be non-binary is annoying and i don't like him but the tweet seems to be lying when saying he has an history of having sex with animals.
He seems to be into puppy play: having sex with people dressed as dogs/animals. It's retarded and he should keep that to himself, but it's not having sex with actual animals.

The whole pronoun thing is stupid, but I'm going to reiterate that the American culture war is part of the reason troons are able to get away with what they do. Like, for example, the tweet above that uses hyperbole and invokes the idea of Nazis as some sort of just counterreaction to Weimar decadence as an argument. Part of the reason people aren't willing to listen to arguments against trans people is that there are people who say things that do seem to imply they want the death camps. As coombrained and fucked up as trannies are, I don't actually want to kill them all, and I think a great many of them are more victims of a fantasy that was sold to them than anything else.

Laugh at trannies, and keep your kids away from them, but don't go on about how you want them all to be killed. That shit is as crazy as troonism.

I think there can be a certain value in trying to probe for biases in seemingly neutral facts or logic. I mean, things like phrenology were sworn by for a long time with no convincing evidence by modern standards, and people love p-hacking and playing with statistical validity to bolster fringe ideas in the hard sciences all the time. This isn't even getting into things like theoretical physics which can be just as much of an absurd free for all as Queer Theory, but is ignored because it's the province of insane eggheads that doesn't intersect with the real world much.

There was an American biologist, E. O. Wilson, that argued really well in a book I read called Consilience that the siloing of the different disciplines in knowledge production was a detriment to them, that you needed the different perspectives to be more interested in talking to each other than talking amongst themselves to really get the best out of them. I still think he's correct, especially with regard to the post-modern theories which are only useful as playing a devil's advocat sort of position to the assumed authority of other sciences. They don't deserve to exist on their own.
I am talking specifically about the peer review problem, which is that peer review is much more biased in the arts than it is in the sciences. I do not disagree that there are limitations and issues in science, and I agree that "the scientific method" is limited, especially regarding philosophical issues. But, transgender rhetoric can flourish in university gender study program because research articles are being sent out to people who agree with them (and whose entire careers have been built on the premises being true) to evaluate their merit; there is a serious conflict of interest issue. This exists in science, but is partially mitigated by fairly established methodological and analytical approaches and the established expectation that you explicitly discuss the limitations of your work in the article.

Although not perfect, it is much harder to get a gross generalization, a very radical idea, or a stretched conclusion published in a neuroscience journal compared to a gender studies journal. These articles are then discussed in undergraduate classrooms and presented as "peer review research"; however, their quality, in terms of the methodological rigor, is very different.
