Russ never was sane, but what little sanity he had is starting to crumble bit by bit. What I love about Russ is his ability to perceive events as the EXACT OPPOSITE of what really happened. I mean, reading the emails between him and Molly Lens, I was appalled at his attitude and tone with her (especially in contrast with her own professional, polite but blunt, to-the-point tone) and then he goes and states in his rebuttal that she was the bully? Huh? Anyone can see that is not what happened. His filings sound more and more like diary entries of a deranged madman than lawsuits with each one he files. And I have to wonder, how long can this go on? How many times can this fool shoot himself in the foot? I wouldn't be surprised if the endgame for Russ is an asylum one day.

It's either a hospital, prison, or an early grave for our boy. He can't keep fighting reality like this forever.

At first I thought the band started blowing chords after she began singing, but I quickly realized the problem was not them. I've seen AGT/X factor featured failures sing better. As in the ones they push through to the celeb judges because they are so outstandingly bad.

If the declaration is limited to a specific state or circuit, Russhole will produced some tortured logic that allows him to justify (to himself, no one else) why he should be able to file in other jurisdictions (even when they're 100% not appropriate venues for his lawsuits). If he's locked out of federal courts, he'll go back to small claims courts.

In my experience, once a narc reaches the end of the road wrt whatever their current fixation is, they have a tendency to slink off somewhere else, lay low for a bit and then crank their bullshit up again in a new location and/or new direction. I'm thinking he'll go back to the district court and/or small claims court system in Nevada until they're sick of his shit, before he moves to another state and starts terrorising their small claims court system.

No shit, I feel like I've received a better education on the workings of the American legal system from these two than Russhole managed over 5 years of a 2 year paralegal degree from LDS Upstairs Business College.

Be honest. We know the outcome already. Simply because we know the caselaw. We know what Russel wants is something no court or arbitration will ever give him. And we know his track record. When forced into arbitration in LA he will simply drop the whole issue, mutter about discrimination and move on to his next victim I mean WooHooHoo target.

It's one of those less than 10% likely best case scenarios I don't expect to see. It's possible and it's fun to speculate, and Russ definitely qualifies. Most litigants don't go through with it which is why these clowns get away with it so long.

Don't forget Mommy & Daddy Greer must be in their late 60's so unless they are mega rich (I doubt that) plus giving a percentage to the church, they are probably on Social Security so if there adoptive son keeps fucking up then gets slammed with a very expensive legal bill for his own stupidity for a 31 year old man ( Rusty's birthday is coming up in a month or so) They might not be able to afford bailing him out or helping.
It's also very possible they don't know about his other lawsuits from the last TS and the ones against Null & The AGT one.

As somoene with no (criminal) legal knowledge at all and going solely by Russ's own citations for what an "eggshell skull plaintiff" is, it's abundantly clear that this concept exists to allow, for example, someone to get the book thrown at them for deliberately setting off fireworks next to a Vietnam vet who they knew or for whatever reason should have reasonably assumed had PTSD. To be fair to Skordas and Null, Molly Lens has a multimillion dollar media company paying her firm's fees, a company that can easily afford to shell out tens of thousands of dollars to utterly crush the pipsqueak in both the court and in arbitration, if only to ensure no other AGT audition butthurt failures get the idea to sue them in their heads. Null has already said Skordas is doing what he can to keep costs down for him, which means his filings are going to be parsimonious in nature in comparison.

But the thing is even for the most loving supportive and enabling parents the money eventually gets to be too much. I suspect Russ is at that point. The Erika thing was a more private matter. But the celebrity lawsuits, the prostitutes, the pissing money away on this shit. They have to have reached the end. If he gets hit with Freemantles costs in Federal Court that would likely be more that they could just cut a check for. He's been in jail before, and while we don't know what happened to him in there, I can't imagine it was good. His parents probably didn't want him going through that again, so they hired a lawyer and forced him to take the plea deal. But this is different. He's not looking at jail. Mommy and Daddy Greer have been distancing themselves from Russ for quite some time. Even in early Russ days they made and enforced demands (e.g. “finish your mission.”) their support has generally been conditional on meeting certain standards of behavior and I don’t think they’re doing any major underwriting now or in the near future, unless Russ decides to cut the degeneracy.
