Most celebs seem to follow whatever political ideology is popular. Back in the day, it was conservatism. Nowadays, it’s leftism (and considering all the shit leftism has done, it’s likely to shift back again). They really are the shallowest of the shallow. At the moment they’re saying “Black Lives Matter”, “fight the fascists” & so on, but would happily support the Klan, Wesboro Baptist Church and even a new Nazi party if it made them more money & clout.

The only form of media I’ve come across that acknowledges this is Lovecraft Country. The main character (who is black and with this being set in the 50s, takes a lot of shit from the white man) hates his pops for not only having been abusive to him as a kid, but also for being gay. He even calls him a “Faggot”.
