Didn't Han Solo smuggle spice for Jabba the Hutt and lost a vast shipment of it in the OT?
C-3PO mentions the Spice Mines of Kessel in A New Hope.
'Spice' in star wars is supposed to be like a drug, basically borrowing the concept from Dune, albeit not nearly as important in star wars. What exactly it is and what it does isn't super important, its basically an analogy for illegal drugs in star wars and a lot of criminal activity.

Amazing how George Lucas gets having it just be a simple story element that doesn't need a lot of focus and these retards want it to be explained because there are so sheltered/autistic that it being a drug is not clear to them. Imagine them watching Pulp Fiction and freaking out over the briefcase "WHAT THE FUCK IS SO IMPORTANT ABOUT IT?! We never see or are told what's in it!!!! This movie sucks!!!!"

Its not even a story element. In the case of Han, he is a smuggler, so what is something he could smuggle? Drugs comes up at the top of the list of potential criminal activity, and 'spice' sounds scifi enough, especially off the success of Dune, so George picked that. It could have been Kuatian wood furniture or bantha dung for all that it mattered to the story. All that mattered was Han was a smuggler, so give him something to smuggle to show that he is a smuggler. I mean, would it matter if it was drugs, food, animals, leather, etc. other than it be 'something'? Does it change the story if you switch it from spice to a rare exotic animal? No, because it isn't even a story element.

Another thing I noticed is that they talk about returning to Mandalore being impossible as they're under the impression that the planet got blowed up like Alderaan when Bomber Gideon merely Reaped the Whirlwind, the planet is still around you dunces.

Shadiversity comes to mind with the whole write a better story thing. Haven't given Shadow of the Conqueror a read yet so I cannot speak on behalf of its qualities or lack thereof.
Also, Knights Watch >>> EFAP
I took a gander at the Goodreads page for Shad's book. General consensus is that it ranges from mediocre to bad. Lot of references to rape and sex trafficking. Let me remind you that this is meant to be a fantasy story about an immortal guy with magical swords, monsters and knights.

Maey Sue main character. Murderer rapist looking for redemption but shad cant pull off the guilt/remorse because he still wants the main character to be the most badass. Its not so much that he changes but that he just kills different people.

This has been a huge problen for the star wars community. They want to know every detail while not understanding that it ruins the mystery. Instead of using their imagination to fill in the blanks, they demand answers and bitch if they dont like the answers. There is a reason George r r martin doesnt write about robert's rebellion. By providing a few details it allows room for discussion and theories.

I think it's more of an EFAP issue than Star Wars fans, and other than the six movies (if even that) made by Lucas I don't think they really like Star Wars. They hate the 3D cartoons, never watched the 2D Clone Wars (they love a fucking LoL cartoon but turn their nose up at modern classics like ATLA WTF?), and played maybe a few of the video games(?). Oddly, it seems at least Rags read some of the comics/books, but doesn't get what the spice is. What a tool.

Also, Martin and his fanbase is a whole other level of autism that would fit at home with it's own thread here. The amount of one-upping faggotry with "theories" is the worst I've seen in any fandom. His fans suck him off more than Lucas was ever sucked off by his fanboys.

I'm going to guess....
>10 minutes just circle jerking and jokes about eating cum
>5-15 minutes circle jerking while looking at "fan art", "memes", and comments that tell them how right they are
>30-40 minutes actually watching the episode, missing important dialog while doing so. Maybe one or two good points if their lucky
>10-20 minutes bitching about the finale and the show as a whole plus bitching about Disney and "consoomers" (while having a Disney+ subscription)
>the dead meme "what did you bring me" for the 100th time. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FUNNY!!!!!

Fuck, even on their WORST day, RLM is better than EFAP in everyway!

Maybe they'll do a stream, hard to know at this point. MooooooooooLer's laziness is a bit random.

There are too many people in those reactions and they all try way too hard to be funny so they end up missing half the episode which is why they declare it bad. If the reactions were cut down to just Mauler, Rags and Fringy with a guest sometimes they'd be able to get a much better look at the episode in question, and whilst I think that booting Rags wholesale would be a massive improvement there's no way that'd actually happen. They're so far up their own ass that they'll call this ridiculous sneedery a critique and likely never watch the show themselves to evaluate it on it's own merits.

They didn't do a breakdown stream for Mando S2 so my guess is that they'll just keep it as minis and maybe react to a Top 10 Things in The Book of Boba Fett video in a week or two.

I think i finally found the reason why i find the whole react drama efap is pushing so stupid....

They literally have a podcast that is based on reacting to people lol, and they may argue that their content is more transformative but at the end of the day they still making money out of other people's work

It’s funny because I just saw a video on YouTube talking about how reaction channels actively hurt original content creators because they take clicks away from videos that have actual effort put into them when they just lazily slap someone else’s video into theirs with a minimal amount of effort, like pausing to either laugh or give some retarded take on what the video is saying.

Of course Mauler and co. would undoubtedly argue that they are not a grifting reaction channel because they give 469 hours of “insightful, in-depth commentary and analysis” that amounts to “this happened in a recent episode of capeshit/Star Wars series #56953 and it was objectively awful” or “this small YouTuber with barely 2K subs is a retarded piece of shit and probably a pedophile”.

I find it hilarious how he has a video ridiculing/making fun of Hasan Piker for stealing content on his streams as if he doesn’t do the same fucking thing when he constantly steals and reacts to other peoples videos without permission or compensation.

It doesn't even need to be drugs. It could even be a reference to the historical spice trade from the East Indies. One could just be smuggling extremely valuable goods outside of a company or government monopoly, bureaucracy, or tariffs.

And also shitting on them and sometimes harassing them on twitter for months

EFAP acting like they think pedophilia is bad is a joke at this point with how many groomers of minors they've had on and even refer to as their "friends"

I know the "write a better story" is an argument used to deflect criticism but I think it's a valid case here considering how much EFAP and their orbiters tout how their standards will create a great story. Surely the guys would be able to crank out masterpiece after masterpiece. Although, considering how lazy MauLer and co have become, it'll probably be too hard.

Also, Fringy brought back his dead podcast, Cosmoronic. Place your bets on how many episodes before it implodes again.
Never trust a critic who doesn't create

That feels like Patrick Williams speaking to Mauler and co.

Also would like to see the Efap crowd watch Schindler's List and compare it to The Last Jedi. Would love to see Rags and Mauler say Schindler's List made them more happy/cheerful than the Last Jedi.

Surefire way to lose credibility right there.

I find it funny how the people who complain about reactors are channels with large, successful videos that can already make a living off of their content. Just interesting to think about.

They are the ones who can actually feel any impact in v(You)s and money. Joe Nobody will probably only see some traffic increase if the reactor shit on them and even thats temporary.

Also this has been an issue for years, back in the day it was 'reaction girls' who would put their tits out and go 'wow, isnt that good/bad?' We switched from big titty girls to black people overreacting and eventually to autistic hugboxes. What a journey...
