Yup. Strike and protest your own local government. You have the powah. Some flatbedder from Omaha would get vanned and slammed in federal prison for a decade trying an Ottawa-style stunt there and it would accomplish nothing.

"Federal Powers" and "help" are left open to interpretation. It looks like the tactic at first was to wage a war of attrition with the hope that protesters would get bored and the movement would fizzle out. When the Convoy hunkered down, the temperature was turned up but even that hasn't been all that effective. Trudeau (probably on the advice of a certain Gerald Butts) has really painted himself into a corner and I cannot see this ending well.

Offering to help shut down protesters exercising their rights peacefully and legally? Really? They literally cheered on criminal niggers and communists burning looting and even killing people for a whole summer, they have no moral standing; in fact, they are just as tyrannical and repressive as their Canadian counterparts, depriving us of our freedom in the same way.

It's not a nothing burger and police are trying to desperately trying to remove vehicles. It's just they lack equipment mainly as well as officer's with training who can remove these vehicles. Civilian big rigs are much much different from from any military truck or heavy truck. So far truck wise they have a limit and are probably arresting and targeting the mobile pick-up trucks and lifted rednecks first.

I'd like to see the videos those stills are from if you can get them. I haven't heard anything about towing or arrests myself but of course that doesn't mean it didn't happen, I'd just like to see more than screenshots

First and foremost is that the protests worked!
The mandates will be lifted very soon.
Now, since we have this knowledge, we need to start thinking about an exit strategy.
I’m sure I’m not the only one that is worn out by all of this.
So I believe tonight, or tomorrow morning we should all head back home.
I believe we deserve a long, relaxing weekend.
Because come Monday morning we need to hit our jobs on the double.
We are going to have to make up for the time we lost, during these protests.
I think the best thing we can do, for the next couple of weeks, is to work as many hours as humanly possible, so the supply chain issue doesn’t really affect us.
Anywho it was good talking to you patriots.

My sussy baka sense is tingling. A message like that telling the truckers that they've prematurely won and can go home to work double-time comes off as a "sleepypost." I don't trust it.
