It's called "Knock Knees" and it's caused by a host of lovely different health issues. It's also congenital - lovely. Those babies are fucked.

I hope it's not but I strongly suspect it's chew/spit. I knew this pig who used to chew and he'd leave cans, jars, bowls, whatever, all over every surface with his spit in it. It looks like that with the lovely addition of cigarette butts.

I think it's a hyperextended knee, which could have been fixed but he never took care of it. Either that or maybe something else?
