I'll also never understand Russell's fascination over this woman, in all her Google image results her face is different and each one is just as uncanny as the next and that her biggest claim to fame was getting railed as a teenage and stuck with a kid.

She's not attractive but she's still outside of Russtard's league. That in itself and Charlie Sheen talking smack about her unleashes the white knight in Pipsqueak who feels that he needs to defend milady's honor. And she'll be so dumbstruck at his gallantry that she'll immediately fly out to say thank you and suck him his penis as a thank you. Then he'd be able to tell everybody what a studly guy he was for getting some from somebody famous.

He sees his life as the protagonist in some cheesy 80's teen romcom and since that's how it worked in those it's going to work in his.

Is there like an Angie's list but for sex workers to share their problem clients? Gawd that would be amazing.
I once floated the idea with an employer so that contractors could tell each other who the problem clients were in the area. One lady with a Tudor sued 3 previous contractors before we got there, unbeknownst to us. The contract ended with her yelling and going psycho in the yard and the cops called. Fun times!

I'm all for any SW calling him out. Plus he's exceptionality retarded sped legit card carrying and you need to just be blunt with these people that are creepers with women. Plus his defensiveness is anticipated/predicted, and then actualized, lulz every time!
Backpage was an Angie's List for problem clients. Hopefully there are new ones now.

She's got a professional looking website with a blog and everything.

And he's been exposed as a creep.

Maybe Russ will get his very own article.

I'm gonna be optimistic and say yes, but in all likelihood probably no. Maybe warnings amongst friends, and some info on SW twitter, but that's probably it. Hope my optimistic part is more right than my other part.

There were sites like that, but FOSTA/SESTA got them all shut down because they were "enabling prostitution." Now sex workers have to use things like Discord or other group chat apps to warn each other about problem clients, and those groups are harder to find than just googling a website.

Fun fact: Before they got shut down, one such site had a review on Russ and the sex worker stated he was a time waster and tried to get lower rates because he was disabled.

Also, according to StipperWriter's insta, her SO died last month, apparently by suicide. When she finally responded, she was obviously in no mood to deal with him. Given what she must have been feeling, she was restrained.

Sure, Russ was fairly bad with his tag spam, but the chick was also pretty weird.

Russ: Hi

Chick: YOU CAN'T DO THAT! WHAT KIND OF ALLY ARE YOU?

I can see why she turned to sex work.

(I'm not excusing the creepy and attacking DM's he sent her later, I just find the initial interaction funny)
Ehhhh... Not to whiteknight the hooker, but I don't think it was that bad. She has a few thousand followers and probably gets a bazillion solicitations a day. All she said was to email her about the PAC and to stop DMing her on Instagram about it. Russ immediately dropped the ball by not being professional in his first message. "I run a PAC to decriminalize sex work in another state and would love your help. <3" coming from a personal account with no links to or information about the actual PAC is automatically weird and a bit of a red flag. I don't blame her for not responding and then trying to direct him to email instead.

I mean, the alternative is that she just ignore him like every other woman he pesters on Instagram. Then we'd get the passive-aggressive "how can you be an activist if you WON'T CHECK YOUR DMs JEEZ" comments we've come to expect from him.

Well yeah. She literally gets paid to pay attention to people, and dozens of people hit her up every day expecting her to pay attention to them for free. People like that don't appreciate having their time wasted.

Imagine you're working and someone comes up to you and wants to engage in pointless small talk. Why? Not because they're genuinely friendly or pleasant to converse with (they're not). It's because you exist and that means they're entitled to waste your time.

Those sort of people are just automatically annoying.

I think it's pretty universal that people who expect you to do the thing you do for living, for them, for free, are highly annoying.

But to Russ, and creepsters like him, if the P isn't literally going in the V (or some other bodily orifice of choice), it's not what they do for a living. Therefore it should be free to waste their time, when they could otherwise be working.

Russ is endearing himself to sex workers on Instagram and winning them over to his cause.

She untagged herself from that post of his, and this callout currently has about 200 comments.
Russell's total lack of patience with people he considers beneath him (basically everyone, especially women) is HYSTERICAL. He gets negative reactions a couple of times and rather than deciding it's not worth it, he just instantly lashes out. I really wonder where he got the idea that he can bully people into giving him what he wants. I'm sure suing comes from him whining to adults as a kid but I don't know why he expects to get anywhere being so passive aggressive.

She's one of the girls who literally considers saying hello to be problematic

Saying you want to help decriminalize them is not small talk. It's offering help. I do agree that the last thing Russ wants is to help, but her reaction was pretty funny to the first normal comments he made. Afterwards, though, Russ is not really defendable.

Anyway, some fun comments from that post:

It's part of his fantasy that if he could just explain, they'd see what a great guy he is (ha), and talk to him for free because he's so awesome he shouldn't have to pay for their attention!

Yeah. It's always the same type of person. "Hey!" Pay attention to me. Why? Not because you want to. Not because I offer you anything worthwhile. Because you exist and I want you to pay attention to me.

And to what seemed at the time to be a potentially worthwhile business offer, her response was exactly reasonable: send an email, so it can be responded to in due course and in the meantime it's not lost in the never-ending flood of DMs from time-wasting losers.

edit: obviously, "always" is an exaggeration, but the exception proves the rule. And Russ wasn't even the exception.

Okay, but... You're a lawyer, right? Imagine you got an email from someone that just said, 'hey'. That'd be weird, right? Like, you're not just hanging out somewhere, and someone's just casually saying hello. Someone is contacting you as a lawyer. If they emailed you and said, "Hey. My name is Bob and I am looking for a lawyer because I may or may not have stabbed my sister," that's a useful email that's clearly not an enormous waste of your time.

"Hey," doesn't do that. And then imagine you get 500 "heys" a day. And when you respond to those "heys" they don't really go anywhere. First they ask what your rates are. You tell them it depends and list your areas of expertise. Then they say, wow, that's expensive. You must be able to afford a really nice office. You say yeah, it's great. Are you interested in hiring a lawyer? And they say they TOTALLY are interested in hiring a lawyer, but then they go on to try to make friends with you and flatter you and are clearly angling for you to waive your retainer or whatever and lawyer them for free.

And if you ignore the "hey," they just keep "heying" you for months until you block them. Then they complain.

It would never occur to anyone to treat any other professional this way.

Now, we can argue over whether sex work is work (but we won't because that seems like it'll just turn into a fruitless flamewar that will consume this thread from the inside out) and we can argue over whether social media is a sufficiently grey area that people might be genuinely confused over etiquette. But she's making clear what she thinks and that if you want to book her or otherwise ask for her assistance in something, don't lead with "hey".

Seems reasonable, I dunno.

Anyway, here's my favorite comment so far.

I think I'm with you on this. It'd be one thing if she'd responded negatively to a single message, or a more professional message -- you know, "Hello! I'm soliciting support for my PAC that's working to decriminalize sex work. Here's a link." But instead he went the "Hey I started a PAC. <3 Hey. Hi. Hey." route.
It's always gratifying to see people immediately figure Russ out like this.

Russ is baffled as to why he doesn't have hookers falling all over him begging to fuck him for free since he's trying to make it easier for guys to hire hookers! "Why aren't these whores grateful!?" he rages, as he furiously bangs out another blatant come on to a hooker he found on social media.

Rusty says she first came to his attention when she "trended on Google news in 2013". The only thing that got Farrah trending in 2013 was her sex tape with James Deen.

(Which further explains why he uses James Deen as an example of a studly dude later.)

Which made it all the more hilarious when he decided the best way to really woo her was to insist that he totally didn't watch that.
