Canadian Truckers Convoy 2022 - The Leaf calls you a Nazi as he gasses you

So that's why I keep hearing sounds from that room that I thought was full of raccoons. Sup bud.

Hilarious.

Everyone keeps forgetting the Bonus Army event, in which the great generals of WW2 basically mowed down a camp full of veterans with their families.
That's a bad example. Didn't the the protestors get paid out the first time and then the GI bill of rights the second?

I'm quite sure Biden would be thrilled at being the newest target to be thrown under the bus by Trudeau.
"Sir Justin Trudeau is blaming you for the Trucks"

"I SWEAR I DIDN'T FUCK HER"

"No sir, I am telling you Canada is blaming us for the protest"

"I protested against Racism I swear I love Niggers."

I just wanted to say that what abp. Viganò said is the most whitepilling thing I have seen in years, it was so unbelievably based I had to look it up because it seemed like one of those Q schizo conspiracies in the vein of "Trust the plan pedes, Trump is going to call in the military any moment now!!!!!!" I had 100% lost faith in the Catholic church and this gave me a small, tiny, tiny taste of what it would be like to set foot out of Current Year™️ and go back to life as it was.

Something else I find funny is that just a short while ago I was asking people in the Waukesha parade massacre thread why it is that in the US the population seems so averse to peaceful methods of protest like strikes and picket lines because, to me, it seemed that when anyone said something about protesting and wanting to be heard by the government they were called a glowie online. Nobody gave me an answer to that. And, goddamn, it's such a bless to have Canada of all countries lead the example to all of us. I seriously thought if Clown World was going to die it would be due to the incompetence of TPTB and only after a series of mass massacres to protest against the establishment alike to McVeigh, things seemed so dire and now I finally see a dim light at the end of the tunnel.

God bless, Canadians. Unironically praying for you all. 📿

Off topic, but the next pope needs to either be Vigano, Bishop Schneider, Cardinal Sarah, or Cardinal Burke. Someone needs to undo the damage Francis has done.

Edit: or maybe Archbishop Joseph Naumann of Kansas City. He wrote an op-ed openly calling Tim Kaine a bad Catholic for supporting abortion.

That's to suggest his meme trucks are even close to becoming reality, at least on a commercial level. The maths doesn't stack up for long distance haulage at all.
I've already mentioned this but there is absolutely no chance. A Tesla AI isn't going to climb out on a mountain pass and install tire chains. It's not going to take a runaway truck ramp when the brakes overheat. It's not going to rig trailers and connect reefer units. It's not going to navigate crowded warehouse yards. It's not going to respond to police directions to route through accident scenes. It's not going to handle snow, ice, mud, construction, or road closures. And most of these trucks use manually-shifted mechanical linkage-driven crashbox transmissions that would need a complex and bespoke servo-motor system retrofitted in, and that's the easiest component to automate out of four main systems. You can't replace the trucks in use so you would have to retrofit all or most of the existing fleets.

EDIT: Also imagine the national security implications of the entire freight industry running on a cellular and GPS connection to the cloud in order to function.

The truckers have the Canadian government by the nuts and they have all the power as long as they stay put.

I more or less was saying this same thing in a conversation earlier, that if this blockade was in just about any city in the US the truckers and cops would already be shooting at each other.

It just so happens to be poetic that this is going down in the most polite country in the world.

I'm certain the idea is punitive in nature. They want these truckers to leave the honkening broken, with literally nothing to their names, facing years in jail and millions of fines, their kids taken away, their livelyhoods and careers not only ruined but permanently forbidden to them. They want these truckers to suffer so the others know exactly what will happen if the plebians dare defy the Email Caste ever again. They NEED the Deplorables to know defeat, at least until they can import enough brown slaves to replace them.
And they think this will make them give up? By making sure they have nothing to lose?
Yeah, this is the craziest thing. Maybe they just can't imagine being on the other end of this and so can't empathize, or maybe they realize how they would react if they were stripped down to nothing like this -- shit their non-existent pants and do nothing -- and assume their enemies would behave the same way under the same circumstances.

But that genuine astonishment that anyone would dare fight back seems to be a part of whatever brain rot has destroyed the left. No theory of mind (can't predict others' reactions), no empathy (can't imagine how someone else feels), no internal convictions (can't act independently, goes inert when genuinely challenged if not spoon-fed instructions, need continuous supervision and guidance to function, can't comprehend people who can act independently), no self-identity (not stupid "genderfluid" shit, but actual sense of self). I wouldn't be surprised if some of these people actually failed the mirror test (especially if it was administered surreptitiously).

So it's either that, or they really do just want their enemies to curl up in a ball and die. I'm not sure which is worse.

I can't wait until Tesla self-driving trucks are a reality.
Gonna be waiting awhile. Tesla's self-driving stuff especially has had all sorts of entertaining problems so far. Apparently those cars will sometimes cheerfully plow straight in the rear-end of a parked vehicle, aim for pedestrians (I can appreciate that though) and make some other pretty bad mistakes. They're forbidden (by various governments, lol) from operating completely autonomously (i.e. without a driver at the wheel and actively participating at some level) and Tesla ate shit last year because they remotely disabled some of that automation (to comply with regulators) and said "lol no refunds" to the owners who called to complain.

Everybody else who's been working on self-driving cars & trucks has gone pretty quiet in recent years, probably because they're not making the kind of progress they've been promising. I've no doubt the tech will eventually be good enough to actually put into "production" use, but we're a long way away from that.

there's also the liability problems to make it viable for the average person, because right now. broke people arent buying 80 thousand dollae cars that you have no right to repair by yourself.

Uh. That's exactly what we have now with ELDs. That mandate was ass incarnate.

It's just that if things go to shit we can revert using old paper logs to get us by. Not fun explaining why you are using them to the DOT though.

As somebody who works in automation (not Tesla-type, but still), the promise of vision systems that can be used in a safety-critical capacity in an uncontrolled environment has been "just a few years away" for like forty years now.

They have fully bought into the idea that they're the new feudal lords and that us peasants don't have the power to fight them.
That's really stupid because this was only true for feudal lords because they actually did the fighting and their legal system was a post-fact consolidation of Germanic conquests and military usurpations. Duke comes from Latin for general (Dux) for example. I think it's because we've been at peace for so long that anything happening outside the world of legalese has become unthinkable.

Add on the fact that the driving of the truck is different than the driving’s of regular vehicles and the technology seems much more farther away, almost to being completely fictitious.
