Jim waited 2 years to make fun of Ralph because the Portugal trip was the first thing that Ralph has done since the Pillstream that didn't involve a significant other. He made it clear that if you do something, people will play by those rules against you, and he made very obvious efforts to not make fun of Faith, Aide, or Meigh the entire time. Null was saying they would replace truckers with self driving cars, and I agree but I think they'll also claim a line of property as close to a line from LA to DC from the midwesterners through eminent domain just for spite and punishment and build a road specifically for those trucks. They'll probably make it illegal for anyone else to be on it so they don't need to find an excuse to arrest protesters.
