Pretty much from his understanding anyway, he might have been told that the letters are bad for various reasons, but he cant understand why and will still talk to trusted soul poneys or alike.

Next 10~20 years will be a big boom on his life with his incapability to understand things or what's going on around his life. Things will get difficult for him when Barb died where he has to fend himself with nothing behind him, with only his autism, just like how he fend himself in prison in pure misery. (Also, for the record, DStecks got his full money's worth, according (IIRC) to The American Hedgehog: Chris provided enough comics pages to fully meet the $1000 that DStecks paid. I know that the jail is reading those letters and relaying it to his lawyer, gathering more evidence for Chris' insanity despite him pushing/exaggerating his insanity for more attention.

I find it unlikely that the lawyer can legally stop him from writing, and we all know he doesn't like good advice.

It hasn't even been a full month since the last letter we've gotten to read was sent out, so I don't know why some have decided Chris has shut down mentally or some shit. I think the most likely thing is that he's still writing a sizable amount of people including Kengle, but none of the recipients are keen to share yet (or ever?). Chris confirmed he's writing to quite a few people so we haven't even seen a majority of the letters he's written over his entire stay, and the possible reasons for that are obvious.

He thrives on attention at this point and is being kept away from other inmates, plus last we heard Barb was no longer taking his calls. He has no good reason to stop writing due to that, and can wave around the threat of stopping to try to get what he wants— Really, he probably thinks with his current situation it's the ideal setup and he is getting money for the commissary from various people.
I also feel confident he's calling however many people at least occasionally and they're just squirreling away recordings after how the last two instances of sharing them went.

Because no one in prison gives a fuck, there are more than enough fraggles and muppets, if any of the staff were Christorians we sure as shit would have heard of it by now, and he’s just another problem to be wrangled sending out absolute garbage that not even prison psychs have the time to give a shit about. Prison officers are bored and overworked, drowning in a mix of menial tasks and serious incidents. No chance they’re giving themselves extra bullshit work here for absolutely zero gain.

Actually it says they don't censor or inspect them which means they are not blacking sections of the letter out or checking them for contraband when they are mailed out. At any rate Chris isn't going to have access to contraband.

Are you kidding? I can guarantee the staff are going out of the way to make sure Chris' civil rights are being protected. If you think Chris gets enough unwanted attention now, it would be nothing compared to the media circus resulting from a very public lawsuit against the jail for alleged mistreatment.
