The "wet" is usually something akin to intertrigo. The skin in the "vagina" abrades against itself, suppurates and sloughs away, and the body reacts by producing excess serous fluids in an attempt to heal the wound. If the "vagina" has a section of bowel then there will also be mucus mixed in, which irritates and inflames the skin further and produces more fluid. It's all the body's attempt to close what it interprets as an open, festering wound.

I want to talk about an annoying theme I see with MtF troons: The (very masculine) preoccupation with sex. It is so jarring these people ostensibly try to behave like women and yet are NEVER coy or modest about their sexuality like real women almost always are. Ive seen them call themselves publicly things like sluts all the godamn time.

Women do not have a raging proactive sex drive like men. A womans desire for sex is highly contextual. If it isnt with the right candidate in the right conditions, she is just not interested. This can exasperate and frustrate men, so they develop these fantasies of sluts who crave and pursue sex in the manner males do. Occaisonally you will even have women play along and "steer in" to those fantasies in things like pornography and prostitution. Some men indulge this as mere fantasy, and some men are even stupid enough to sincerely believe it.

What I'm getting at is that the sexual behaviour of an MtF is not that of a woman but what men often wish women were like. I say all this as a man myself.

Something being "cosmetic" doesn't mean it's wrong, man. The human body isn't sacred, your baby diddling priest lied to you. It's profane. Repulsive. A ball of slime and flesh speeding towards entropy and rotting as it goes. Do whatever the fuck you want to your body, the only difference between it and hamburger is it's still throbbing.

Also don't kid yourself, whenever trans people come up nobody gives more then a passing thought to ftm types. Everywhere, not just here. Because if we're being honest all of the "controversy" here is really about men acting like women, which historically is something every culture flips its fucking shit about. Ya know, because small dicked insecure men make up like half of our society.

My problems with trans surgery, or anything transgender related in the first world isn't because it's 'unnatural' or a 'mutilation'. I am generally open for body autonomy, it's your body, do whatever you want. But the problem of it is that people are fucking damn dishonest about it.

With Brazillian Butt Lift, people are still accepting that it is a cosmetic surgery, so are people tattooing their whole body. People who have these kind of cosmetic procedures procedures do not have special rights granted by the law. I grew up in Thailand myself, the street is full of what that seem like 'transgender' of the west, well, a lot of the get surgery too. But the big difference is that, until the last few years... They are accepted as people, BUT they're not accepted as truly, legitimately opposite gender. There's no legal recognition here... And for this point, they were, for sometime, a different thing to western transgender. They don't deny that they're male and be able to see that they're males who exists in a 'social role' that are more feminine.


I've already felt like 'Science', as we know it, has been influenced by social trends. I've known about replication crisis. I know how much medicine is filled with egotism where professionals care more about their prestige and the money (And you keep seeing it, that doctor who got laughed off for saying that doctors should wash their hands, the data for smoking and connection with lung cancer, opiate epidemic, the list can go).

Instead of seeing trans surgery for what it is, a cosmetic surgery. We see it as a way to affirm their 'true self'. The mainstream sources keep spouting that you can have the 'wrong brain sex' while evidence is starting to collect against the claims. Not to mention how early transitioning is very connected to 'castrating the homos' back in the 40s-50s... That kind of reasoning got memory holed and sanitised.

Not to mention all the power of forcing thoughts into other that transgender people have in the west. All the invasion of bathroom, sports, and changing the reality of medicine. Those people gain extra rights.

To be fair, I'd love a society where you could get any cosmetic surgery you want, but you are not affirmed for your 'gender' by law... That way people don't have any political leverage, they don't become the special with so much power and special treatment as we have it now.

And ah yes, the idea of body purity might be a Christian bullshit, but the idea that people needs to be categorised and pigeonholed into reality-obscuring categories is also one too. It's a very protestant idea.

Just look at how folks on sites like TV Tropes see becoming trans as "being free from the shackles of society and embracing who you always were", along with things like "it makes everything you did before becoming your true gender be seen in a new light."

What's another kind of group that encourages you to reframe your entire past life in the "new light" of the group you just joined so you can redefine your family life as abuse and then disconnect from your previous family and friends? Oh, yeah, that's called a CULT.

SRS is a major thing in regards to serious tranny discussion because it's the natural end result that happens once someone goes on estrogen/testostrone, eventually the genitals get warped so much by pure hormone treatment that they become non-functional or gross abombnations of what they used to be, which requires surgery to 'correct it'.

If genitals were completely untouched by hormones then we probably wouldn't be mentioning it, but hormone treatment goes hand in hand with SRS.
