Also, wtf is with all these V-tubers living in shity ass shartpartments with rats and flooding and shit? They don't need to travel for work since they work at home, so why not just find a nice suburb or country home lol? Shit, the mortgage on even higher-end suburban houses is cheaper than all the shit you pay in a city appartment+cost of living, and you're not just throwing money down the drain. They can't even use the club scene excuse since most of them are homebodies.

Some of them aren't making fuck-you money, but there's definitely examples where it makes no sense. That and some just live in poorer countries and have family they're supporting and can't/won't relocate away from them. I know Moona in particular has had some financial trouble recently to the point where she is selling tickets for a chance at private discord calls to her members.

I think once people move into a city they kind of get stuck there. Uruka has the excuse of living with her brother who might have an actual reason to live there.

Uruka lives in the US (Most likely somewhere in Cali). Sakana lives in Vancouver.

The Uruka living in Vancouver thing is just a theory that spread around during the early days of PC. The only evidence for it was her being Chinese.
However in her Mario Kart streams, you can very clearly see she lives in the US. I say Cali as she apparently lives close enough to Lia (Who we do know lives in SoCal) to have hung out with her before.
The actual city she lives in has allegedly been leaked, but it's not something I've heard first hand so I can't confirm if it has.

I should also add, Uruka has mentioned that she's never seen snow before. And while I'm not too familiar with Canada's climate, I'm pretty sure someone living Vancouver has probably seen snow before

Give that title, ya I can see why that was deleted. Not saying it is some video supporting it. But she should be on short leash time now given the Ralph stream.
