I actually believe Boogie when he says this is the worst thing that could happen to him. This really is a narcissist's worst nightmare.

With everything else in his life, the evidence has been circumstantial and he has been able to explain away or come up with excuses or alibis as to why something happened or why he said certain things. While he contradicts himself or things seem like outright lies to us, on the whole there isn't physical evidence or testimony to disprove everything he's said. We weren't having dinner with him when he serviced his daddy under that table. We weren't at the card shop that day Boogie and his gf supposedly met. We weren't in traffic when Boogie had that car accident. Sure, he tells contradicting stories - but all he has to do for plausible deniability is an excuse.

This is the first time in Boogie's life he is forced to held accountable, and every single piece of evidence is available to the entire world to see. Not only that - it's being tried in court. There's nothing he can retcon - the initial interview is up there where Boogie was acting just as bad as Frank. We have video recordings not only from Frank, but from Boogie's perspective, where he grandstands and provokes and gets his gun ready. We have Frank's perspective too - all on video, even with Boogie's taunting as Frank walks away.

Here's where Boogie is truly fucked: this is not about Frank Hassle vs. Boogie anymore. It's the State of Arkansas vs. Boogie. All the state needs to prove is that Boogie committed aggravated assault. And in case you need the definition of aggravated assault in the state of Arkansas:

A.C.A. § 5-13-204. Aggravated assault.
(a) A person commits aggravated assault if, under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of
human life, he or she purposely:
(1) Engages in conduct that creates a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person;
(2) Displays a firearm in such a manner that creates a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person; or

(3) Impedes or prevents the respiration of another person or the circulation of another person's blood by applying
pressure on the throat or neck or by blocking the nose or mouth of the other person.
(b) Aggravated assault is a Class D felony.
(c) The provisions of this section do not apply to:
(1) A law enforcement officer acting within the scope of his or her duty; or

(2) A person acting in self-defense or the defense of a third party.

The State doesn't care if Frank is a troll, what Frank said to you (especially when the verbal trolling was back and forth), how much you hate Frank, and they don't care about your "social anxiety" or "suicidal thoughts." They care about one thing: did you display a firearm in such a manner that creates a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person? You're on video pointing a gun directly at Frank with your finger on the trigger. You're on camera aiming the gun at a random location, without looking at where you're firing, finger on the trigger. And you fired the gun. Firing a gun without looking at a target presents a substantial danger to anyone in that neighborhood.

There's no way out of this for Boogie. He's either going to go to trial and likely be found guilty, or he is going to have to do the most painful thing imaginable - taking a plea deal. Admitting in the open, on official record, that what he did was wrong, and accepting some sort of punishment for his actions. Even if it's just probation, even if it's community service - imagine what that does to the mind of the narcissist.

Narcissists are fragile in the aspect that they build up this fantasy world that they live in - they are never wrong, they are the perfect person, and their perspective is their only reality. Plausible deniability is the lynchpin of what keeps a narcissist's mind intact. Being forced to confront reality shatters their self perception and causes all these meltdowns we are currently seeing, because he has no way to run from the truth.
